Good consistent food at any time of the day, although in my opinion best at lunch. The service is very good with minimal waiting times. It can get very busy early evening with people drinking monopolising the seating but otherwise pretty much faultless.

I had done a bit of research and decided that we would eat here one night while we were in London. We weren't disappointed. It was a Friday night the bar area outside and downstairs was very busy - so much so that we arrived early to have a drink before dinner but decided it was too crowded and loud...

Came here on a recommendation from friends. Nice little St in Marylebone. Easy to get to. Menu is plain simple and to the point. Servings are good and prices are fair. Highly recommended for a good hearty breakfast......... ..................

We had two nights in London and a friend recommend this pub. Well what a great place. Firstly the location is brilliant, Marylebone is right near the shops, good restaurants with access to buses and the tube. The room was great - you could swing a cat in it. The bed was like sleeping in a warm cloud, the bathroom...

Old English meets Italian Piazza, great to sit outside, as inside, all aged wood effect and warming. More than happy to serve a course, starter or main or the full monty. Wide choice to suit all the family, for the senior members some very good wine choices, Italian particularly. Also includes the French standards. Food well presented and tasty, staff...

This is a very trendy place to stay. We felt very relaxed staying here during our visit to London. During our first evening we popped downstairs and enjoyed the salmon from the specials board, delicious! and the fish & chips. A few glasses of prosecco sent us off to bed very satisfied. Our second nights stay, after our wedding ceremony,...

We stayed at the Arch hotel, which is amazing. We walked here for drinks as was a rare beautiful warm evening. The drinks in my opinion are extremely over priced. A pint or beer and a small glass of Chardonnay was £16.50. Terrible. Especially as we ordered at the bar and didn't have table service. Nice location, but staff aren't...

We wanted to try something different so choose a smaller boutique hotel. Great location central to a good walk around London. Baker Street, madame tussards, London zoo, park, shops and great resturants! A clean boutique hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms. Quiet too but it was easter weekend so local shops closed plus lots of scaffolding up over the...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
