A real find after a busy 3 weeks of touring. Staff were great and friendly and facilities were of high quality for such a place. We enjoyed the breakfast provided. We will definitely go back again. A real find.

Two rooms booked at very short notice after a disaster booking at the Comfort Inn Westminster (see separate review). I now see that this is a christian retreat - well they certainly saved the day for us! Comfortable beds had a great nights sleep and laid in until 10am for the first time in years!. Can't comment on the breakfast...

Dear Tracey, Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased that we were able to accommodate you last minute, and that you had such a peaceful sleep! Unfortunately breakfast does finish at 10am. On future stays if you know you are not going to make it to breakfast during serving hours, we can always make a packed breakfast for...

This is indeed a peaceful spot in an otherwise run down part of London. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room and good bathroom. The breakfast was continental but very good. Staff pleasant. The only problem is that this isn't the greatest part of London but you can walk to the nearby dock area.

Dear Dylan, Thank for your great review, and we are delighted you had a peaceful stay! I would have to disagree with you about the local area though. The local area is a diverse and dynamic part of the east end. Its situated just a few minutes walk from the Thames, and from here both the Tower of London and...

Very accomodating staff, nice big rooms, nice hot/cold breakfast. It is a retreat for the clergy of Westminister Abbey so expect interesting journey whilst your there. Respect the surroundings and clear up your room before housekeeping get there, otherwise you'll find yourself with a headmaster type letter awaiting you as happenend to us. Leaving a rather nasty taste in the...

If you are like us and like to walk everywhere - don't come here as it miles from anywhere. We eventually had to succumb to the DLR - which is expensive- so include this in your budget. The facilities themselves were ok and the rooms comfortable - but too warm. You should be aware that this place has a religious...

Dear Guest, We are dissapointed to hear that you do not want to come and stay with us again. I would however just like to address a couple of the points that you made in your review. As an organisation we do have strong Christian roots, and we do have a COE chapel, and an ordained Master who lives on...

An exceptional place to stay if visiting London. My room was infinItely superior to that of my daughter who was staying at one of the large London hotels for nearly four times the price. The location is a bit outside the centre, below Limehouse station, but transport links, boat, bus and train are good. The buildings surround a lovely peaceful garden...

I stayed here in November when I was co-facilitating a residential leadership programme. The staff at St Katherine's are unfailingly kind and helpful. With the garden, the cosy lounge, the excellent food, and now - the St Katherine's Precinct which has yurts and excellent coffee and food all day - St Katherine's is for me the best possible base for...

Great place to stay in London, beautiful spot, quiet. good breakfast. convenient for public transport. clean. we would prefer a queen sized bed. we also found the heating system unusual, radiators were off in our room, outside it was cold, but our room, even with window open was hot.

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your review, and we are delighted you had such a good recent stay with us. Just a couple of points you picked up on during your stay.
