The Park Plaza Victoria London garners appreciation for its stylish atmosphere and convenient central location, with guests often highlighting its proximity to attractions and transport links like Victoria station. While the service receives commendation for the staff's friendliness and professionalism, some visitors have encountered occasional inefficiencies. Room experiences vary, with praise for spaciousness and modern touches but also criticism over air conditioning and maintenance. Cleanliness is generally upheld, though not without a few noted lapses. Opinions on value are divided; some guests deem the pricing fair, while others find services overpriced.

Very handy right near Victoria station, in the thick of all that London can offer. The hotel staff are not only efficient, professional but also friendly and are happy to go that extra mile. The bedroom situated on the 4th floor, was well equipped with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities was spotlessly clean with a lovely comfy bed. All lighting, curtains, a/c operated by a handy "gadget" alongside the bed. Only one down side there was a loud either a/c or water hammer noise that awoke me a couple of times during the night. It was extremely loud and caused the glasses on the dressing table to vibrate. I'd certainly stay again though, the excellent service and friendly staff really did top a disturbed night's sleep!

We stayed for two nights (18th / 19th Sept 2020) at the Park Plaza Victoria and it was pretty much perfect in every way.

Our Executive Room was of a very good size as indeed was the bathroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotlessly clean.

Given, at the time of writing, we were living in these Covid times, I should point out that the bedroom had been sanitized prior to our arrival and all the things we were likely to handle, e.g. the TV remote control, the telephone etc had all been sanitized and sealed too. While we are on the subject of Covid Security, there was plenty of hand sanitizer around the hotel and also our temperature was taken upon our arrival. I don't think the hotel could have done much more to ensure we were safe from the virus and this was very much appreciated.

The staff at the Park Plaza Victoria were both very professional and very friendly. We were given a warm welcome upon our arrival on the Friday afternoon (apologies I can't remember the gentleman's name at reception who welcomed us) and within a few minutes of us accessing our room, the same gentleman gave me a call to ensure that we were happy with our room, which we were of course. I thought that the call was a nice touch. The lady that took our room service order for drinks to be delivered to our room, on the Friday evening, was also very helpful. As I say, the staff were always friendly and happy to assist.

The hotel is in a very good location in the Victoria area. It was perfect for us as we were meeting friends and family at a couple of nearby establishments not far from the hotel (walking distance) so this was very convenient. Indeed there are many bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel so if its a night out in Victoria that you are seeking, then this hotel would be perfect for your stay.

I can't comment on the food as we never ate at the hotel as we always had breakfast outside. I imagine the breakfast is very good, it was just that we liked to go for a walk in the morning and have breakfast while we were out.

If I have any gripe about the hotel, it was that the drinks were quite expensive I thought. However, as we are staying in a very good hotel in Central London, perhaps this is the 'going rate'.

Overall though, I have to say we really enjoyed our stay here as it was perfect in virtually every way, and we would have no hesitation in staying here again the next time we are in London.

We have just returned from a weekend at this hotel.
With everything that is/has been going on, I felt I had to right a review on how good this hotel is.
The weekend was a surprise birthday for my girlfriend, I had mentioned this at booking, as it had been a complete change of plan due to cancellations of original plans.

The hotel was very clean on entry and the reception staff were so helpful, chatty and courteous.
Entry into our very clean and hygiene marked bedroom - they had provided an assortment of food and drinks gifts that were so generous. The room had labels over almost all doors showing a real attention to detail in this ‘New’ world.

We found our hot water temperature not as hot as should be, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently.

The breakfast the next day, delivered to your hotel room, was fabulous. A fresh Spinach, egg & bacon bap, super fresh fruit salad, tough yet, pastry and croissant, yoghurt and o/j. Served hot and packaged carefully to help with new COVID safety was brilliant.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, the staff need to be congratulated on their attention to detail and customer service, it is so hard to make things feel relaxing in this New World, but you guys have got it sorted.

Well done.

I visited this reliable hotel in August 2020 with my 2 daughters aged 8 and 9 and as usual this hotel doesn't fail. The Manageress was there to thank us for coming to London during difficult times and this hotel consistently tries to make your stay as great as possible. I missed the china mugs for my morning cup of tea but I was told at check out I could have requested these. Because of covid these have (temporarily) been replaced with cardboard ones. So much to do within walking distance, we walked to Regent Street from here via St James Park where we fed the green parakeets and the girls climbed trees much to the amusement of strollers. The hotel is a little worn in the bathrooms but this is reflected in the price which was way less than I normally pay, being a frequent return customer. I love its proximity to the station as we arrive by Gatwick Express and the Tate Britain. I love the fact there is an ironing board in your room and that you can open the windows for air. I also like the simplicity of the lighting system ie right next to your bed and lights up when you sweep your arm out to help guide you to the control. I also like the fact there is a Nespresso machine too. Girls slept in a large sofa bed. Thank you Park Plaza, you are consistently brilliant and reasonably priced for location

Expensive breakfast For what you get as buffet closed. Cigarette ends on the balcony crumbs on scratched couch and rooms a bit tired. Friendly staff and good service in difficult times. We got two tea bags for a two night stay so had to ask for more we got them but didn’t get any extra milk, toilet became blocked and had to wait for water to drop before flushing. The location of the hotel is great and the view from the top was amazing just think it’s time to renovate the room at least the one we stayed in. patched up paint on the ceiling. For breakfast you get a bag delivered at the time you choose the first day we got 3 bags for 2 adults and 2 children for the children we got two apple juices and two pieces of toast... we did ask for extra toast as the kids are fussy, we had to ask again for extra toast and got some the next morning. We hardly spent any time in the hotel room but if we had we’d have probably asked for it to be cleaned luckily the weather was good so we was either out and about or on the roof terrace.

We stayed here based purely due to its location as we had tickets for Wicked at the Apollo which was about a 2 minute walk away. It would also be convenient if you were going to see Hamilton and we will definitely stay here again when we see that.
Arrived at 9am as we wanted to make the most of our time and the hotel had reserved a parking space for us which was great. Its an underground carpark that you access by a lift and Concierge grant you access so its very safe.
We checked in at 9am but of course our room was not ready (as we expected as check-in was not until 2pm) but the hotel kindly looked after our bags. They then kindly explained that they had upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment which was great. It was room 806 which had access to a huge terrace which appeared to be shared by 3 apartments and it had great views of London.
The apartment was very large and had a separate lounge/dining area/kitchen with a sofabed included, a cloakroom, large bedroom with plently of storage and with a separate large ensuite that had a big shower and a bath. This room was a larger room than similar rooms that have been offered by the Radisson Blu and Four Seasons in other locations worldwide.
There was also a birthday cake, bottle of proscecco and a card wishing me a great birthday.
The staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful when needed and we made use of the hotel bar and guest services. No complaints here and the extra nespresso caps we requested were delivered really quickly.
Breakfast was self service with lots of choice and the food was of a very high standard.
This was my first experience of staying in a Park Plaza and based of this experience, I would definitely stay here again and try other hotels in the chain.
I would like to thank all members of staff at this hotel whomade my birthday a most memorable experience.

We stayed 5 days at this Hotel: location to Victoria Station is walking distance, however we did not use public transportation. Room in second floor was spacious- big enough for 3 people, however we got a room facing Teo major streets snd it was noisy, at times too loud. Because the A/C is already off, we had to open the window so which made it worst. The other issue we encountered was with the shower. Since it is leveled with the floor, water comes out and creates an issue with wet floor. Having to use towels all the time to dry the floor, was an inconvenient. Otherwise between the location and great staff, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room in a lovely hotel, fantastic location if you're seeing Wicked & Hamilton. However our room was located next to the lifts which were a bit noisy, we got used to this and managed to sleep fine. The shower in our room took a while to heat up, after 5 mins it was fine and a good temperature. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, nothing to shout about.

We checked into this hotel last minute after a horrible stay at a nearby budget property. This is a great hotel with really great staff and amazing breakfasts! There are definitely some things in the room that need attention.

Some of the furniture is showing a lot of wear.

The bathroom could be really great if they could take care of some serious plumbing & drainage issues.

The lighting system is a bit bizarre at times and could use some tweaking to make it better. You can have mood lighting on or all the lights off but if someone leaves the room all the full lights come back on waking anyone (kids) already sleeping. The lights also randomly turn off & on at times when there is minimal motion in the room.

It is really great to have two large televisions in the room.

The mini-fridge would be so much better if it could be cold enough for milk.

The main king bed was really comfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was okay as sofa beds go.

The breakfast is incredible with SO many options and all really delicious, good food.

If you need or want to stay near Victoria station, I highly recommend this property!
