Stayed at Quality Hotel last night and found it really lovely. Smart hotel, friendly, attentive staff and a gorgeous breakfast this morning. My only criticism was the pile of Daily Mail newspapers at reception - I would be very happy not to see this hate filled publication. As I said though, this is my only criticism of an otherwise great...

Stayed here with my partner son and his girlfriend (2 rooms) can't fault the room or service! Very friendly staff, rooms are value for money and I would certainly stay again! Only fault although didn't affect me was maybe parking would be an issue? I had booked 2 rooms but only had one car got there to find only one...

For the price they charge you would find it hard to get a better deal elsewhere. Free parking, a clean and tidy room, friendly staff, free breakfast, a quiet location where you can hear the birds sing if you open the window, five minutes walk to the nearest tube station. How can find anything wrong with that?

The hotel was clean and I had a friendly welcome. The room was everything that I needed for my one night stay. It had shampoo/conditioner/soap/hairdryer. There was a Samsung TV and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was very average. I opted for the hot selection first and it was lukewarm/cold in places. The hotel staff need to be told not to stare...

Stayed here for business. Good location, with parking, although limited. Hearing apparently only on twice a day...I question that. Came on for about 5 mins from 6pm onwards. Bathroom has no ventilation, so be prepared to get steamed up. Lovely staff, but prob won't stay her again.

Stayed at this nice hotel. I was there for a 5 night stay. Had a nice, quiet room on the 4th foor. All the staff was kind and helpful. Dimitri was especially helpful with recommendations and helping with Tube routes. The breakfast was just okay. Would have liked to see a few new or different items in their buffet.

I was worried that the hotel would be old, dirty and have bad service. I was totally wrong! Rooms are small but you can still move around. Good for two people. Bathroom is small but have been other hotels which charge more and have a smaller toilet. Breakfast is decent: cereal, bread, milk, bacon, scrambled egg, etc. Service is excellent!

Straightforward and simple. Nice comfy bed. The hotel is clean and the team on the front desk provide an efficient and friendly service. It's about 15/20 min by cab into town. If you're not fussed about being a little out of the way (and the benefits are that this place is nice and quiet) then I'd recommend it. Missed breakfast...

Decided to stop here for a 3 night stay in London. Very easy to find and got parked no problem at about midday on the Thursday. We were able to check in early which was helpful. We were using public transport for our trip so left the car however suspect if you were using everyday you might be getting other...
