The St. James's Hotel is the best location. You can get anywhere in central London pretty quickly even if you are walking. The position is fantastic very quiet and there is a secret alley at the back to get you into Green Park within seconds...The rooms are great nice and comfortable as is the bar...The good news is that because...

I stayed here for a long weekend with my family last weekend. It is perfectly placed for Jermyn Street and Piccadilly and the lovely shops around that area. The staff are super friendly and cannot do enough for you. There is a restaurant and cocktail lounge on site. The Gojji berry martini is out of this world. Bedrooms are nicely...

I regularly stay at this hotel when I am on business in London. The service is great as are the rooms. The bar is an agreeable place to unwind in the evenings with the cocktails being particularly good. The only downside is not having coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Great location, very comfortable rooms, imaginatively squeezed into an Edwardian building. Our room was beautiful, well equiped with a very very comfortable bed and well lit bathroom. With cocktails in the cosy well appointed bar, the staff made us feel special and very welcome. The cocktails were devine as was the art work, 10/10 for the bar. We ate in...

Hidden down a side street in St James and just a five minute walk from the tube, this hotel is an oasis of calm. Kind staff, willing to meet your needs, the restaurant was happy to provide off menu sandwiches when we only wanted light lunch. Sensible prices for this part of town too.

We stayed in this hotel for a two night mid week break. The hotel is spotless, the staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The food is out of this world. The hotel is also in an idea location to explore central London.

The St. James Club is not a real club but a hotel and restaurant with some facilities reserved for members. It is located in a charming old house close to Piccadilly and they serve very very good food at very reasonable prices. It's not Michelin star but it's one of these places where you are positively surprised every time the...

Have always given this hotel rave reviews and 5 stars. Had not stayed for about 4 or 6 months and just feel that the service may have slipped but only in the bar and breakfast room . Quiet and refined with all the help you need if your not sure of your way round. It is in a great location for most of the sites of central London, has St. James park on its back door to just sit and soak up the atmosphere. I ate here recently with colleagues and I have to say the food was faultless, the surroundings were lovely and the ambience very welcoming. Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
