Room was small and not well kept. Toilet was too small and small sink. The sewage flush in toilet was spoilt and we had to pour water down the toilet bowl each time we used the toilet. The lady housekeeper always insisted that the toilet...More
Rude proprietor. Dirty linen. Filthy shower. Safety pins were holding the curtains together. Uneven broken and dangerous flooring. WIFI only worked in smelly narrow corridor outside the Reception. Horrifying state of electrics. Only stay here if you have a death wish.
Good location...5 mins walking from earls court tube station....the staff laila is very helpful and friendly...the hotel also moved us to the room downstairs as our luggages were heavy as there is no elevator...however wifi is only available at area near the reception..

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
