I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel for my recent two night stay in London. The team on the front reception were friendly and smart and attentive to my requests, particularly Yekaterina who was so helpful from the time I arrived until departure on Sunday. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The room I had on the fourth floor was...

Never write reviews but this one I would like to do. The overall impression was good. The only thing that really needs improvement is fresh air in rooms. You can't open windows at all. This makes the whole experience not as good.

Dear Andrey R, Thank you for your review. Your comments have been taken on board. Unfortunately due to the structure of the building we are not able to open the windows in the rooms that are facing the main road. We do however have rooms facing the back of the hotel where the windows do open. My personal recommendation for...

First off, the location is perfect for Earls Court Exhibition Center and Olimpia, The Mercure is basically 5mins walking distance from Earls Court tube station. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
