Nestled near St. Paul's Cathedral, Lost Property St Paul's London - Curio Collection by Hilton is a gem that travelers appreciate for its excellent location and beautifully decorated interiors. Guests have called out the on-site coffee shop, Tattle, for its coziness, complementing the hotel's comfortable ambiance. While the rooms may be on the smaller side, typical for central London, visitors find them to be meticulously clean and well-designed. The attentive staff and outstanding service also contribute to the hotel's reputation for providing good value for money.

What a place.
All the staff we communicated with during our stay was obviously conscious
about the importance of being tentative and offer good service.

Beautiful building next door to St. Paul's cathedral.
The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained; clean and welcoming.

Lobby is small and there's a nice coffee house next door, accessible from the lobby.
Peaceful atmosphere reflects the size of the hotel which is not over crowded, as sometimes is the fact in London.

Also liked how well the building is isolated, almost sound-proof. On a Sunday morning when St. Paul's army of bells start to chime (and they are quite loud), the doors closes behind you in the lobby and all gets quiet. Impressive.

The three rooms we had (traveling in a group of six adults) were all similar in size. Neatly organizes with fabulous beds and pillows.
This first thing you notice is cleanliness; everything clean and obviously cared about by the house keeping staff. We stayed for four nights and the house keeping did a great job, spoiled us basically.

The breakfast room which also serves as a restaurant is very nicely decorated with a pleasant atmosphere. The level of service is noticeably high. We were spoiled with exceptional service from the breakfast staff where Rafael very professional and friendly was tentative and made sure we were not missing anything. Thank you Rafael for going the extra mile for us.
Goes to show, the old saying... the company isn't the walls of concrete - it is its employees.

My third time as a return customer at Lost Property - and by far my most favorable hotel in London, where I've been traveling regularly to for the last 4 decades.
I'll be back to Lost Property.

The Tube is around the corner; the red line is there, hence takes you 5 min to go "down town".
Thank you staff at Lost Property, great job, well done!

The review is so good that we chose this hotel, you can trust the review. The location is in front of St Paul's Cathedral and you can see the most beautiful buildings in London every day when you return to the hotel. There are a variety of subway and bus routes, and you can get to Soho and Covent Garden within 15-20 minutes. The musical usually ends around 10:00, and there is no inconvenience to use public transportation at that time. The room I stayed in was the Queen Superior Room, not narrow to use by both. The room is beautifully decorated, clothing collars, dryers and so on are well equipped. Of course, you should bring your toothpaste. There's an internal care. Very polite and tactile, so you can't take in the room. The staff here are generally accommodative and friendly. Especially the breakfast restaurant is really perfect. In a beautiful and luxurious place, the cool and friendly staff offers the perfect service that fits the place. Every staff including Mr. cristina really literally shows the perfect service and smiles of the princess. Breakfast corners are generally followed by this breakfast's menu configuration, but each one is made with quality and is delicious. The hot chocolate specially served to our daughter is also perfect. And the special pride of the breakfast corner is the fruit corner. Breakfast with shrimp and two or three kinds of melons is a combination unprecedented in our country. And you can take apples and bananas with their shell, which look decorated, and Western vessels. It is the perfect place to not feel discrimination or alienation that is often hurt in foreign restaurants ^^ This is the first hotel of this trip to Europe, but it was a perfectly good experience to stay in a very good place to worry about the next hotel. Yeah.

I stayed here one night but wished my stay was longer. The location is unbeatable and the staff was always extremely attentive and kind. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was also really tasty and reasonably-priced. Overeall really impressed. Well done to the whole team especially Rafael, Aquilles and Alex. I will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed a night at Lost Property Curio Collection near St. Paul Cathedral and what a wonderful stay from the moment we walked into the reception as we greeted warm welcome from Scarlett with wonderful smile. As we were little early for our check in time we popped into Tattle Cafe just next to reception where we had great iced latte made from Andreea and Gavin which was refreshing after long hot day in the sun.
Little before check in time Scarlett informed us that our room is ready and she explained us everything regarding our stay and another thanks to Gauresh for greeted us with his lovely smile and wish us a good stay.
The room was simply stunning with spacious, spotless, along with enough complimentary drinks and snacks and we loved the size of our bed and how comfortable it was.
For the dinner we had great experience at Fund restaurant downstairs and we had great time enjoying our time tasting wonderful food and drink served from Irene, Alex, Dorian, and the chef Ariel came and explained our starter which was nice of him.We had plenty of food and it was indeed unforgettable experience.
For the breakfast, we were greeted from Gytis, Andreea, Rafael, Rahul, Christina and we both loved buffet with wide choice of different option from pastry to yogurt and fresh fruit to hot breakfast which was simply great. Service from the team was simply outstanding as Gytis and Rafael kept checking on us if everything was ok as well as if we need anything with friendliness and professional manners.
We both strongly recommend this place for your next stay if you are looking for somewhere great to stay in London.

Our sincere thanks to both the managements and staffs in Lost Property for making our stay very special.

Lovely! Our room was the perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We had a Junior King suite for 3 people. The room was spacious & cozy (in a good way) with a king size bed and pull out couch (full size) for our teenager, all comfy! Plenty of pillows (although we did request an extra one, which was promptly delivered and waiting for us by the time we returned to the room. The bathroom was plenty big with a seperate garden tub apart from the stand up shower with rainfall shower head, so relaxing. Lots of counter space for all our beauty needs/toiletries to unpack. Towels were plentiful and big (which my husband was grateful for). There were 2 robes & 3 pair of slippers also provided which we did take advantage of during our stay. There were plenty of outlets & USB ports, and the lighting within the room was great. The room was immaculately cleaned & tidied daily including restocking the minibar with complimentary waters. A Nespresso machine & electric tea kettle were also provided for our use. The hotel was quiet, we hardly heard anyone. Our breakfast was included each day (not sure if that's because we are Hilton Diamond members or if that's standard). Nonetheless, it was perfect! The friendly breakfast staff, stylish dining room and food selection was exactly what we needed to start the day. Many options to choose from (American, British & International), with very attentive staff to provide tea, coffee, cappuccino, lattes, etc...
Side note: We loved the location of this hotel. Easy to get around, fairly central without being in the center of Piccadilly Circus. If you take the "hop on-hop off" bus, there is a stop practically in front of the hotel!
All in all, we had a wonderful time in London and having a nice room to return to certainly added to it. Thank you Lost Property, we will be back.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Lovely stroll to Covent Garden and other tourist attractions in that direction as well as walkable to the Tower of London. Rooms were compact but had everything needed. In our room the bathroom door opened right next to the bed which wasn’t ideal for trying to be quiet on a night.
All the staff were very friendly hand helpful. Particularly Rafael at breakfast on a morning, he was attentive to clearing the table and replenishing with fresh cutlery etc when we needed. Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel.

Our stay at Lost Property exceeded expectations during our trip to London. The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. Thanks to our Hilton Diamond status, one of our rooms was upgraded to a Queen Deluxe room on the top floor, which provided breathtaking views of St. Paul's and the London skyline. While the room was generally excellent, one minor issue was the amount of light that seeped through the blackout shades due to multiple windows. The staff was quite helpful, especially Mehmet prior to our arrival, and they were able to ensure that our second room had a clear window rather than a frosted one. We appreciated the thoughtful perks that came with our status, including complimentary breakfast for two of us in the primary room. They also provided a free drink coupon for all three of us. The service was impeccable, and the experience at Lost Property made our visit to London even more memorable.

Excellent experience staying at Lost Property for a business trip this week. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff super helpful. Great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff checked me in early in the morning which allowed me to clean up before a lunch meeting, and then facilitated a smooth transition when I had to extend and extra day and booked my room through our corporate travel site. Will definitely be back my next trip to London.
