I stayed her for one night on business. Location is great - right next to St Paul's and very convenient for my office. Plenty of bars/eateries/shops in the area so all very convenient. The only downside is I found the rooms oppressively small and dark...More
We stayed at Club Quarters at The Grand at Trafalgar Square a few weeks ago and decided to try St Paul's as we needed to be in that area. The hotel is ok and the location good for Tate Modern and the Cathedral but the...More
I stayed here for 3 nights with my grandparents as a birthday treat for my 21st. It was not cheap but for the location (literally a 10 second walk to St Pauls) we were willing to pay more. The room was spacious, clean and had...More
Stayed one night for business. Bit pricey but booked late. Great location - particularly out front. Bells of St Paul's are entirely forgivable. Hotel of functionality and convenience and had all suitable needs. Dated feel but in a cool way. Good brasserie links next door....More
The location of the hotel is great, just steps from St. Paul's. Other than that, nothing special and a bit out dated. The other Club Quarters (Trafalgar Square and Lincoln Inn Fields) are much better and would recommend those over this one unless location trumps...More

From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's
glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
