A must for all West Ham fans to stay at the home of Englands greatest football ambassador Bobby Moore ...we wanted to stay at the home of football before West Ham move to their new stadium at Stratford ...

The stay was a gift for my boyfriend with tickets to the game! Only thing with staying in this hotel on match days, you can't check in until a few hours after the game has finished! Although this is a pain, they did give plenty of notice via email if I wanted to make other arrangements. The staff were very...

Staying here is a must for any West Ham fan. As far as I know, all the rooms face the pitch so the view is definitely something that's great to wake up to. The room is used as a matchday box during games (I was here to see the Hull City game). Kick off was at 1.30pm so we couldn't...

Booked Valentines for a treat for my West Ham loving hubby, booked the double room, B&B and evening meal. Checking in was not a problem, receptionist was friendly and paperwork etc was read, although had to pay cash due local problem taking cards (although the pub down the road was taking cards)y. We were told dinner would be in the...

The charger was plugged in by the bed and the door was locked when I left, therefore, a member of staff took the charger and they are now...

Booked in early January for valentines stay through booking.com where you can supposedly request early check in which would have been handy. I was told to wait 48 hours for a response. 5 days came and went with no reply so I rang them twice in two days. No response. I emailed them. No response. A few days later I...

Great to have a room overlooking the pitch. However the room was very tired with no wardrobe, no opening window and noisy aircon. Good breakfast and easy free parking were the only positives. The staff didn't seem to understand customer service and ignored us most of the time.

Was a birthday treat for my husband who is a fan, a show in London and then a stay at the hallowed turf, was a little panicked to find a note saying room had to be vacated by 6:30am, but on further reading this was for Sunday which was match day. Its clean, tidy and quite modern feeling, but there...
