Located in the quintessentially British neighbourhood of Knightsbridge, The Hari is moments away from Harrods and the luxury shops of Sloane Street. It is also within walking distance of London's leading attractions, including The Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the city's most famous museums. All 85 designer bedrooms, of which 14 are luxury suites, emanate the distinctive modern glamour created by British interior designer Tara Bernerd. Our social spaces exude eclectic cool, from the members club style bar to the secret garden terrace with a window to the stars. A contemporary Italian restaurant embellished with traditional warm hospitality and humble cuisine completes The Hari experience.

Service at The Hari is lauded for its professionalism and friendliness, with guests appreciating the attention to detail. While the hotel's amenities, including luxurious rooms and fine dining, receive high marks, some reviewers perceive the restaurant prices as steep, questioning the overall value.

Our week long stay at The Hari was delightful. Its Belgravia location is excellent; within easy walking distance to great restaurants and some of London's iconic attractions and couture shopping. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed an amazing staff who each demonstrate excellence in their responsibilities. The hotel benefits from being small enough to be very personal, yet large enough to offer the amenities we like in a full service hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Our stay was enhanced with the help of the concierge team (Ben, Chris and Diego), the affable team in the restaurant made each visit so enjoyable (check out the made at the table tiramisu - it's wonderful). Housekeeping was almost unseen, yet when we returned each day our room was meticulously serviced. We look forward to staying at The Hari, our new favorite London hotel, on our next visit.

The Hari went above and beyond for our group of ladies who visited in August. Nicole in particular made the trip so memorable with a welcome gift of personalized cookies & cupcakes with photos of us (sourced from our travel agent) and room decor to celebrate our trip. She had cookies made with our photos printed on the icing! 100% recommend. They also helped organize a driver to/from Wembley Stadium which made commuting to the Eras Tour a breeze. The hotel location was convenient to local attractions and we felt very safe walking the neighborhood at all hours. The rooms were great, service was impeccable and rooftop bar was adorable. Thank you, Hari for an unforgettable stay!

We had a very nice 4-night stay at The Hari in early June 2024. Our King Deluxe class room was a good size for an urban hotel and allowed us an adequate amount of space so as not to feel cramped. The concierge and other staff members were very helpful and unfailingly pleasant. The king bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had a combination shower and tub. The hotel is located in a very nice Belgravia neighborhood and there were shops and cafes within easy walking distance. Taxis and Ubers were available with a couple of minutes.
The hotel's food offerings could be better. The breakfast options are a buffet and an a la carte menu. We tried the a la carte menu on our first morning at the hotel. The value for the food provided was not what we had hoped and there was a possible language barrier with our server that may have affected our experience. We ate breakfast a short walk away for the rest of our stay.

The hotel has a great location, with a warm welcome and efficient, polite service. The rooms were spacious and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
However, some details fell short. When I first entered my room, a housekeeping employee was already inside, which made for an awkward first impression. Just couple minutes later, another staff member came in to ask if I was satisfied with the turndown service, which felt rushed as I hadn’t even unpacked yet.
The gym was small and fairly average, and while the restaurant was fine, the food lacked flavor, and it seemed they were out of salt.
Breakfast was included, but I was surprised by an additional £45 charge due to a £30 limit, which wasn’t clearly communicated. This was unexpected, especially since it was advertised as breakfast for two.
The minibar selection was quite standard.
Overall, at £650 per night, I anticipated more attention to detail and a higher quality experience.

I stayed for one night a couple of weeks back. The hotel is in one of the best London locations, tucked discreetly off Sloane Street & Knightsbridge. As a seasoned traveller who doesn't often like the traditional 5 star environment, this hotel is very special.
I stayed in room 405 and after checking in, I was taken personally to my room and shown all of the amenities. There was a complimentary soft drinks & snack bar in room along with all the usual touches you'd expect at this level....plus a few more.
The design of the hotel is vibrant and a bit cheeky. The artwork is funky and the DJ beats add a modern feel to the experience.
There is an Italian restaurant which was serving brunch when I arrived. There was a live session musician playing and singing pop covers and he was excellent. The room was a good size and was surrounded on 2 sides by large windows. It was sumptuous and sexy and the bathroom was huge and really well thought out. There are also fully electric blinds all round to avoid any embarrassing looks from the street 5 floors below ! The bar was busy in the evening. I was also delighted to return later in the evening to a gorgeous bottle of hotel branded gin and the most amazing London skyline dusted on the slate plate it was served on. I didn't get to enjoy breakfast before departure but would say if you're looking for a cool and edgy luxury stay in town, then The Hari should be on your list.

A truly exceptional hotel with amazing service. The staff are polite and courteous. We had a bottle of champagne, a personalised plate of treats and a lovely bunch of flowers waiting in our room. We stayed in a suite which was clean and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not huge but don't let that put you off! The location is generally quieter (for London) and you can walk to Hyde Park and local cafes / shops etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this 5 star hotel whilst I travelled on business. The welcome from the reception was very warm on arrival and everything was prepared as I had requested. I had asked for a room with a bath if possible and I was delighted that they accommodated my request.
I thought the price point was great for a hotel in this area and of this standard, it had a small intimate feel to it and it felt very comfortable. The room itself was small but lovely and perfectly adequate for my needs. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch. Turndown was offered both nights, one night I had some chocolates and the second night a wax lip balm which were both excellent.
The hotel prides itself on sustainability and it was great to see the considerations that had gone into this with the turndown gifts, the minibar selections and in-room amenities.
For breakfast I went for room service and there are choices from a full english, to a vegetarian breakfast, and many a la carte options too. I very much enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast on the first morning but there were a couple of mishaps on the second morning with missing items and cookery, this being said the issues were dealt with to my satisfaction.
The location is excellent, very convenient to travel to Victoria station which is a short cab journey away or a 15 minute walk. It is also less than a 10 minute walk from Knightsbridge and Sloane Square.
All in all an excellent stay and I look forward to returning in the future.

I was drawn to this property for its location (near where I wanted to be in the city) and its smaller size. I wanted a quiet hotel in a serene part of town and that's exactly what The Hari delivers. The service I experienced was very good which started with my room being ready early. My travel plans changed while I was there and they also helped me extend my stay one night and remain in the same room.
I love the understated elegance of the hotel. It's posh but cozy. With only 80-some rooms it never felt crowded anywhere including the two elevators. In fact, I only rode the elevator with another person once. I dined in the restaurant several times during my stay (breakfast and dinner) and thought the food and atmosphere was lovely. I also enjoyed a drink in the bar (with their excellent namesake The Hari Gin, naturally).
Overall this was an excellent stay at this hotel. I will put it right at the top of my list for future trips to London. I love the location as it's very quiet at night, and there are plenty of quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's actually only a 35-minute walk from the hotel to the theatres in Piccadilly and bars in Soho, so I consider this the best of both worlds.

We had the most amazing stay at the Hari - it was incredible in every way & if I could leave six stars I would! We went to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary & my husband’s 60th birthday and were completely blown away by how special our stay was made. In particular, Nicole, from Guest Relations, went out of her way to provide the best possible experience including a room upgrade, champagne, balloons, cake, flowers and a follow up email on our departure! Her thoughtfulness and kindness meant such a lot and will mean we will always hold very fond memories of our stay. I’m not surprised that the Hari is rated one of the top hotels in London, everything about it is first class from the location, cleanliness of the rooms, room decor and many thoughtful additional touches etc. However it’s the exceptional customer care from all staff that really sets it apart - we were made to feel extremely welcome, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always greeted with a smile and kindness. We’re very much looking forward to returning.
