First time at this site and was not disappointed, it was up to the standards I have come to expect from Premier Inn. We arrived after 23:00 and the barman was more than happy to give my wife soya milk for her morning cupp in the room. Breakfast was really good and if Amando is on shift then eat when... More

One of the smarter Premier Inn's I've stayed in, certainly much nicer and quieter than the Travel Lodge down the road but we were on the 12th floor! Perfectly located for a night out in East London, close to the tube station and amazing bars and restaurants. The room was light clean and very comfortable as was the bathroom. Tea... More

I have been a fan of premier inns since my last stay in London, since they seem to offer large and really quiet rooms at a reasonable price which is very hard to get in London. This was also true for the premier inn at old street. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the tube station and there are... More

I stayed for 4 nights. This hotel is immaculately clean. I stayed in a double room which was really nice and spacious. There was renovation work going on throughout my stay, which didn't affect me at all. All of the staff were so friendly, an absolute credit, especially one young lady called Molly. Highly recommended.

I've now stayed here 4 or 5 times on business and it really is a great hotel. The beds and pillows are high quality, the rooms are quiet and it's great that in-room tea and coffee is included - very important for me. The food's not my cup of tea but I have very specific, fussy needs. The staff are... More

The staff at this hotel couldn't do enough to help. Without exception they were all pleasant, friendly and willing to help. We spent one night in a family room which was clean and spacious, we ate in the restaurant which was as you would expect in a premier inn.. Burger and chips and nachos.. But all perfectly acceptable. The breakfast... More

If you want to stay in Shoreditch, this is a good option. There are several shops, restaurants, pubs and cafees in the area. Just a few minutes walk to Old Street tube station, very convenient. The hotel seems new, the standard is high. No luxury, but above average for London. Large rooms, with comfy beds, nice bathroom with hot shower... More

Close to Old Street underground station (and even closer is a bus station - right in the front of the hotel), very nice and helpful staff, rooms nice and clean, excellent breakfast, best value for money for this type of accommodation in London. A plus is also the very fast check-in procedure.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, I cannot fault them. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. BUT check whether there is any noisy maintenance work going on before booking and find out the correct address of the hotel before attempting to travel there (its not actually on Old Street and Premier Inn's directions to it are appallingly wrong). Premier Inn's good night's... More

Just recently stay hear us we had an appointment at Moorfields and this hotel is opposite less than a 2 minute wall. The staff went the extra mile hear and let us check in early and they made sure our bags were safe when we checked out as they knew we were going to the hospital. Food was excellent and... More

Staying in Shoreditch

Neighbourhood Profile
Shoreditch
The western front of the edgy East End, Shoreditch is a perennially trendy haven for anything “street” – be it art, food, or fashion. With its handful of well connected transportation links dotting its perimeter, along with an ever increasing variety of shops, hotels, bars, and restaurants, it's easy to explore this trend-conscious and youth-oriented neighbourhood. There's a lingering post-industrial grit about Shoreditch, but because it shares a border with “The City” financial district, the influence from its upscale neighbour can result in fascinating outcomes.
