Although it's only just off Fleet Street it is quiet and peaceful for a hotel in the middle of our capital city. It is also easily accessible by public transport. the staff are very helpful, the rooms well appointed and the food enjoyable.

Very clean and smart hotel. Poor breakfast and bar food in my experience. Would recommend highly for a trip where you are out and about working / meeting friends - the room and location both excellent

The staff were polite and helpful, our room was well appointed with a spacious bathroom/shower. The breakfast offered a range of options and was delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel was good quality and centrally located. I was moved without any discussion from te Tower Hotel to the Temple which was frustrating as I needed to be near Tower Gateway for the DLR and was the main factor in booking this hotel. No invoice forwarded by e-mail at check out, now requiring me to chase for expenses - more inconvenience

Great hotel in great location. I paid for a Master suite. The good: Great comfortable bed, 2 toilets, very clean room, great quiet location, very polite staff. The Bad: The Master suite lacked ANY comfortable seating. It was basically a large meeting room attached to a bedroom and bathroom. Very large yes, comfortable to spend time in - no, not at all.
