Was in London for the Marathon weekend and booked the Jesmond Dene again, 2nd visit now! Service is excellent, location super, most important factor for me is cleanliness. The place is spotless. The owners seem to be constantly working which I think is the reason why it feels new and clean. Have recommend to many friends with similar feedback. Keep... More

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. It's small, simple and and without any great extras, but it's perfect for a weekend trip to London. Excellent location - so close to the tube and to all kinds of sights. The staff was so friendly and helpful - we could ask them all kinds of questions... More

We were quite pleased with the hotel. It's across from King's Cross station, so conveniently located. There are fine restaurants nearby, along with fast food restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and had all the ammenities of home. Also, free wi-fi was a plus. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this facility to others... We chose this little hotel because we were coming in on the Eurostar from Paris and it was just 2 blocks from Kings Cross and Pancras Stations and easy to get to Gatwick for the flight home. It was perfect and so easy to get on the tube and go anywhere! The rooms looked newly renovated and clean as a... More

What a great hotel near Knightsbridge Station. Platform 9 3/4 anybody? From the moment we walked in the door, the whole staff was very friendly. Both of our moms are in their 60s and don't handle stairs well. The hotel moved them from the third floor to the first after our first night. They even moved their bags for them.... More
