Outside the area looks dirty and horrible, inside isn't much better! The first room was on the second floor, heating was on FULL so was like an oven, couldn't turn off the radiator, windows full open still cooking, the beds are like put me ups, the mattress on the double was appalling, large poking out springs wouldn't even put a...

I'm struggling to see why there is so much negativity about this hotel! I stayed with my friend as we were attending Wembley for the football and this is fairly close to the stadium and the underground. Check was quick and our room (111) was an ample size and actually had 3 beds! It was very clean and had a...

Don't know why people are complaining. The hotel is in a good location, on a bustling high street with several restaurants and small supermarkets. A ten minute walk or few minutes bus drive to the tube station. Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly but there are a couple of grumpy ones. The beds are comfortable and whenever we...

If you want a dirty hotel, dark, old, smelly, with a basic and weak breakfast, unfriendly staff, 15min walk from the tube (imagine rainny days) and in zone 3, no basic conditions, no free wifi, no minimum room service, this Is your choice. Small room, no heating or air conditioner, miserable bathroom (hygiene products are a shower gel industrial size...

We went with friends - most of us had single rooms - I think 5 sqm rooms with shower and WC. It was not really clean - but we thought "ok for one night". But to be honest - nobody could sleep or sleep well during the night. The "one point" I gave is because of the very friendly person...

Okay so we're a family of 4 and we just wanted a five night stay at the lowest price possible. Well for the price the hotel is an utter disaster. Lets start with room its self .. the bathroom had a cracked toilet .. the bath did not have any antislippery tiles .. which made me fall and bruising my...

The hotel itself was average, and the whole place smelt like sewage. That being said it's pretty cheap for a hotel in London, there was parking available and it's cheap to get an uber in central London.

The bathroom was filthy, the walls were very thin (you could hear everything from the other room), our window was broken and the people working there weren't very friendly. Probably the worst was the "continental breakfast". It was simply gross. Not a good stay, never going again!

Crew is great, gave us everything we needed. The room was cold they brought us another radiator, we bought milk and they gave us a refrigerator. Water was very hot,we just needed to wait 3 minutes for hot water because the pipes in that room was far from the heating device. THERE IS NO KOSHER SUPERVISION although they it's kosher, and...
