stayed at this hotel with my 79yr old grandmother on 25th/26th april 2012. Tryed to book the night before, was told they couldnt book us till the morning, the price was £60 per night = £120 for 2 nights, rang at 8am to book the room, was advised a spare bed would be put in the room, we arrived and... I have stayed before in 3 star hotels in european cities so i am not scaed by a little crowdness and lack of some facilities, but this one is truly below par. Compared to prices and sizes of hotel rooms in other London hotels, our family room was a good value of money. However, the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours - bad luck for you.

I would never stay or recommend this hotel its stinks of urine never get fresh towels rude staff unclean make shift restaurant made out of a gazebo breakfast consists of the same rotten eggs and stale bread everyday noisy and unpleasant.. Stay away unless you want to waste your sleep and money..

the hotel staff was very rude . the rooms was dirty and very basic with just a bed , chair and 12 inch t.v also there was no towels in the rooms .it was more like a kids hostel than a hotel , all day and night there was teenagers running up and down the stairs, banging doors, arguing and... More

Stayed here for one night. The room was baking hot with no way of turning the radiator down! It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where you have to spoon instant coffee into a mug and add hot water at breakfast. I see the rates have gone up another £10 since I stayed.

Stayed here as a last minute thing so that we could have a drink at a concert at Alexandra palace. Did not know what to expect as last minute and really cheap ... But was presently surprised .. The rooms are very basic but they are clean and have all the basic amenities in them .. The location is good... More
