You dont want to pay much for london, then you wont get much in return. However even the cheapest places need to be clean and i'm afraid this misses the mark. I don't mind run down, but there is no excuse for dust, mould or hairs. It mightbe in the west of the city but there is nothing 'premier' about... More

Nice clean hotel in a quiet area (for a city location). Friendly and helpful reception staff. Don't do evening meals but plenty of food outlets nearby. Good choice and quality of breakfast food. Only minor niggle was the lack of space in the breakfast room. Not enough cutlery or glasses to go around and not enough seats for the breakfast... More

Horrible room. Horrible Smell. Everything was falling apart. The window was dangerously broken too, so couldn't open or close. It was freezing. It was really awful. I had stayed there before and it wasn't all that bad. This was the worse ever. The view - no comments. Impossible that it was hygenic if the smell was that bad. Stale horrible... More

It is a very good choice for a city trip. Close to the tub in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Large and clean rooms. The staff was nice and helpfull but the breakfast was poor. I strongly recommend for friends or young couples who want to see the city.

it's now closed, surrounded by security gates and half the windows are broken - shame as this would represent an improvement on the time I stayed there last june. everything was cramped filthy and in a state of disrepair. typical zone 1/2 rubbish. for same price you can find something far better further out but still on the tube.

This hotel was chosen because of the offer it had in the pamphlet. The pictures looked wonderful and for the last days of the trip it was going to be suitable. Little did we know how wrong we were. The beds were low with minimal bedding, the kettle cord could not reach the power point, the TV was supposed to... More

Stayed in this hotel with my wife and 4 year old son for a weekend in london. The hotel is an absolute dump. The outside is scruffy. All cracked tiles. Mouldy walls. The guys on reception are all rude and speak little English. The stairs to the rooms carpet all worn with holes in. Room was terrible holes in walls... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. When we checked in I seen we were given a twin room instead of a double which I had booked. As we are a couple sleeping in two single beds isnt acceptable. When I spoke to the man on reception got told to push the beds together! The room was pretty... More

Booked this hotel, but when saw the room , they were holes in the wall, toilet seat was not on, silicone everywhere in bathroom , electrics didn't look good , hence I did not stay and booked somewhere else. Hotel in much need of renovating and TLC, could be a really nice hotel, there were a few people not staying... More

When i visit London i am just looking for somewhere to stow my bags and lay my head at night. I booked the hotel well in advance and got a very reasonable rate (around £40 per night). As a single woman i liked that it was very close to the tube and bus stations and was less than a 5... More
