Short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat for all budgets. Room was recently renovated including bathroom. Free wifi (which works well) and breakfast was included. Great spot to locate whilst visiting the tourist spots of London.

Except for the location there is nothing else positive about this hotel. Tourist trap, they charge all your nights in advance and offer crappy accommodation. It's poorly maintained and be careful with the false advertisement about "refurbished rooms". They might have been refurbished 30 years ago - check the pictures if you think I am exaggerating.

Was give a room on the Lower Ground Floor - Dirty (under the bed was disgusting) and outdated. Had a window at street level - Very noisy indeed By Breakfast Room - So got disturbed by domestic staff as well. Front desk staff very abrupt and not at all helpful. Will not be making a further repeat visit here after...

Considering how much most hotels cost in central London, finding one for significantly less than £100 a night was a welcome bonus. The room was basic but clean, it had a TV and a shower and crapper. I don't really want anything else in a hotel room other than a location that is not saturated with crack dealers and machete...

Have to say the staff were helpful and could not be faulted in anyway. But the room was dreadful apart from the very clean bedding and towels. Electrical items were not PAT tested. The fire drill was on the back of door covered by a towel and from What we could see there was only one fire escape on first...

Really great location, the train station is nearby and you can get anywhere in no time. Staff incredibly nice, the manager Amr was really helpful and the room was nice. We'll surely come back on our next trip in London.

Welcoming staff, clean room but no wifi (just in common section). My room was downstairs without lift, while it is spacious enough for solo travelers even double. Hot water come a little bit slowly. Since my room was next to the restaurant (for breakfast), it was really noisy in the morning...

Whilst only here for a quick stop, I appreciated the friendly nature of the staff. It may be a relatively basic stay over, but as a prime location with safe access it is suitable for most not a willing to pay a substantial premium. Thanks very much

Well where do I start, stayed 2 nights in this hotel on a recent holiday with my husband and kids, location was fantastic but believe me that is what I paid for not the hotel. As i say it was within a 2 minute walk of Paddington station excellently placed but hotel is very poor. I definately think I paid...
