We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Let me tell you about the area first. It is very well located, just a couple blocks away from Paddington Station and right across from several bars and restaurants. The hotel is a typical European building, old...More
I was booked into another hotel just around the corner and arrived very late night to that other hotel. The other hotel gave me a filthy room with dirty tissues and a dirty unmade bed. Then another room on the ground floor with an unlock...More

Do NOT stay here unless you’re OK with water “not suitable for drinking,” street noise, cramped quarters, and overall shabbiness. Don’t bring luggage because there’s no room. It seems clean, which is a good thing, but the staff are not trained in customer service.

Parking will be an additional cost but it is well worth it for the convenience. Arrange parking through the hotel either before you arrive or on arrival with the hotel manager. Make sure you walk to Hyde Park (4 minutes from the hotel) and explore the local area. Local pubs for meals are excellent. The Victoria (Rolling Stones Ronnie Woods old drinking spot) is excellent and is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Enjoy London.
