I live there for a brief time that was awful I had the foremost objectionable downstairs neighbors that might report back to the workplace if we might walk around "too hard" within the middle of the afternoon. Constant battle and that we were continuously on...More

These are apartments that are owned by private individuals. When not in use, the apartments are let out to people vacationing etc. You don't know which apartment you're goint to get. I thought this one was going to be in Westminster but it turned out...More
