We stayed here for 2 nights. We were on the second floor. There is not an elevator so we did have to carry our luggage up the narrow staircase. The room and bathroom were small, but both were very clean. The size did not bother us as we were not in the room except to sleep. Overall it was a...

I stayed at the hotel for two nights during a business trip. I experienced a delay on my flight down from Scotland and was able to contact and keep in touch with the hotel via the booking.com messaging system; the hotel responded very promptly to reassure me that they would wait for me to arrive. Single room - very comfortable...

My wife and I stayed here recently during a stay in London. The room was very small with a double bed stuffed into it. We had very little room to put our suitcases. The bathroom is also very small. The breakfast was nice but simple and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Great location but not much else. We...

Great location, some staff were unfriendly, but the breakfast attendant was very nice. The rooms were small and without ensuite bathrooms, which I had been expecting, but otherwise not a bad place for the money. Clean, quiet, basic.

We chose to stay here as it was close to King's Cross the morning after the QPR vs Newcastle match. Check in was fast, stayed in room 10b in the basement which was tidy. It was over 30oC in London (hottest September day since 1906) were given a fan for the room which served its purpose, along with the window...

Would recommend this place. The staff were friendly. Although the rooms were very basic, it had everything we needed. Good location near kings cross station so easy access to the city. We had a wonderful time staying here.

From the extravagantly rude and unhelpful woman in reception to our tiny subterranean room the whole impression was of being caught in a rerun of Fawlty Towers or similar. True, it is very convenient if you are only passing through London and want a bed and not much more, it would be ok if you are happy to make do...

I stayed at Hotel Meridiana only one night and I booked a triple since I was with my sister and my niece. The hotel is positioned in a strategic area, walking distance (7') from St Pancras and King s Cross train stations and undergrounds. In addition, the building is located in a nice and quite residential area, facing a garden...

We were up to see a show and decided it might be easier to stay over. I pre booked via Booking.com and asked a few questions directly to the hotel which they answered immediately. I stayed for one night here and it was fine, but nothing outstanding and nothing bad. I was given short notice to come to town for work and the Meridiana fell within my price range for the night. It's just a short walk from King's Cross as well, so that's very handy indeed if you are travelling down by train....

Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
