The location is amazing, 30 secs from Kings Cross and overlooking a little park.
Receptionist was lovely, although the office doubled as a luggage storage room so a bit cramped.
Room was the top floor with no lift. Cant complain as it was quiter.
I stayed there two nights and paid around 45￡.
Rooms are quite small but in good state, clean, and the bed ok (although really narrow).
The breakfast was fair in both amount and quality.
Location is just perfect!

The rooms at the hotel are rather small. I was a traveller... my room was tiny and other rooms I saw were very small as well. So, you have to contact the hotel reception. The hotel is greatly located. Good luck!
