The only reason that I am giving this a one star is because the maid was sweet and offered to carry our luggage up the stairs. This hotel is close to the underground station and that is why my husband chose it. Right from the beginning, though, there were problems. The check-in lobby was tiny. They told us that there...

This hotel seems to consist of several buildings. It is located very close to the Acton Town tube station, which is about halfway between central London and Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly line. I chose it because of location and price, returning from up north in the evening and flying out the next morning. When I asked for a single...

Can't really relate our experience to some of the other reviews here as we stayed in a room with two double beds and one single bed for one night whilst in London for a game at Wembley and it was perfectly acceptable. The hotel is mainly in a block behind the hotel seen on the main road, the room was...

We arrived about 10:30 to find the place closed up. Ring the bell for the night Manager it said. I presume he was asleep or looking after another disgruntled customer. When we finally got his attention an hour later he showed us to our rooms. My work colleague who was staying in the room next door found the room so...

Small, old, not clean, free parking and ok for an overnight stay, not more. The bathroom smells old and used. The staff is friendly , very short way to the underground train and into the city. It is cheaper than most of the other hotels. Usable for 1 night.

Extremely basic which is fine for a couple of nights but the only thing to be aware of is that there is one bathroom shared by everyone which is not always pleasant. Can't comment on breakfast as I did not have any.

I booked a room here for November through hotel.com I was told on booking that no deposit would be taken till we checked in, the same day £60 was taken out my account " as a deposit" I contacted company and was informed this is their policy. I cancelled my booking and was promised a refund straight away 2 weeks...

Awful. Unprofessional. Dirty. A disgrace. Hands down the worst Hotel I have seen, ever. Ideal if you want to rent a room in London per hour. Very disappointing and staff were really unhelpful when trying to discuss a refund.

The hotel is very close (1 block) to a subway station. This is the reason why we chosse it and because of the price. The room is ok. Sheets of the bed seems clean. But the carpet is gross with a lot of old spot. Disgusting to walk on it. The bathroom is tiny but fonctional. In the shower, lot...
