Great location and a very good value. Staff was very helpful with question I had and giving good directions. Breakfast was very good and timely. Room was clean and nice bathroom. All you could expect and more for a value priced hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean (other than the bins not being emptied prior to our first day). We have stayed in hotels that are a lot worse for a lot more money. The main letdown is the fact that the staff taking breakfast orders do not speak English so don't expect them to get your order right. The staff...

We arrived at the hotel thinking this would be a dump (concidering the price of £620 for 5 people for 4 nights). But we were astonished. The hotel had recently gone through a renovation so the pictures from a few of the reviewers are out of date. The rooms could be updated to the same standard as the lobby and...

This is a good value for money hotel, especially for single travellers looking for everything they may need in terms of basics (lift, wifi and breakfast) included in a reasobable price. The hotel was undergoing some great renovations while I was there an on my last day (yesterday 5 feb) they had nearly finished the reception area which will be...

Stayed for two nights since my regular hotel in the area was full. Ok hotel and rooms. English breakfast included was also OK.

It didn't even start well. The guy behind the desk acted like he hadn't slept for the last 3 days. He looked about as happy to see another customer as a mouse looks after a failed attempt at removing the cheese from the trap. The 'modern' card key to open the door to our room didn't work, so back down...

I am definitely not hard to please but his hotel was awful. There is nothing positive. It is so outdated and the furniture is dirty. The TV was sitting on the floor and my husband had to push it out of the corner. We couldn't see it because it was on the floor. The lobby speaks for the whole Hotel....

We had booked a room about a month before our trip to London. We were 3 adults and 1 kids, thus they quoted an extra charge for the child and we agreed upon that. We reached london and called them asking for directions etc. There was no indication of a problem till then. We walked all the way from Paddington...

We stayed here for one night and for a budget hotel I think this was extremely good value. It averaged at £32 per person in a room for three. Even though the decor is a bit tired and dated the room (no. 32 ) was extremely clean, lots of towels and soap, extra blankets, pillows, teabags and coffee sachets. The...

I don't even know where to start from..Horrible, tiny and old room. The mattress was disgusting, the pilows too, we had to sleep in our clothes because we felt we wer going to get bed bags, carpet dirty full of hair, the shower was awful and there was water all over the place. Breakfast was ok but I didn't feel...
