Clean rooms with friendly front desk clerks. The rooms were small but efficient. The continental breakfast was included and had excellent fresh quality choices. For 5 extra pounds you can upgrade to cooked options but it wasn't necessary. On site bar with snack options was a good surprise. Location was very central for us. Close to coach station for bus...

Enjoyed a very comfortable 2 nights here. Upgraded the breakfast at five pounds each and appreciated the clean cooking. The staff are trained well and administer their responsibilities in the same way. (thank you for my pressi) No lift but noticed the carpets on the way up were very tardy. An anachranism for the standards of the hotel. Easy walking...

Dirty rooms, Terrible location, no value for money. You can hear every other guest through the paper thin walls. Cleaners woke me up 3 times by banging equipment against my door and knocking on the door at ridiculous times in the morning. When I opened my door to leave i had to climb over the pile of dirty washing that...

We arrived Friday morning in March10th. Our room was not ready due to our very early arrival time. The staff was friendly and cheerful and offered to keep our luggage so that we could look around London. A young man/friendly bellboy had taken our bags to our room when we arrived again later in the afternoon and walked us over...

Not too far from Victoria Tube station, and in a nice area. There are 2 buildings and my room was in other building away from reception. Narrow stairs and the room was quite small but cosy. Lots of nice touches in the room - desk, gown, TV, toiletries and safe. Felt it was good value for money. Breakfast was out...

Didnt have a great experience at this hotel. To start with the majority of the staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. The room was cold with a broken radiator even after being promised it would be fixed by the evening. To top it off after getting out of bed into the freezing cold there was only a...

The hotel is a charming place, but the real gem is the Wizard / Harry Potter themed chambers. They go all out for the theme and ambiance and it is well worth it. Small accommodations, but the theme and breakfast is worth every penny.

My grandson and I have just returned to Canada from a 4 night stay at the Georgian House Hotel. I chose this B&B because of the TA ratings and the close location to Victoria Train Station. I might also mention, a very safe neighbourhood to walk in even at night. I booked last September directly, so we received the cooked...

I recently visited the Georgian House and had the pleasure of staying in the Wizard Chamber, which has been my childhood dream! I was completely satisfied knowing I was staying in a chamber, but I was completely blown away by the attentiveness of the wonderful staff. They were such a joy to talk to and incredibly helpful with my luggage...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
