Basic B & B in London - three minutes walk from Pimlico tube station. Very central but a quiet town-like feel about the suburb. Bog standard continental breakfast, good service and our room was better than most B & Bs. Shower worked fine, but there...More
I stay in the hotel from 20.07.17 until 29.04.17 with my family
The staff is very friendly and the hotel shines from its cleanness.
The location is awesome (just some steps of pimlico metro station)
The continental breakfast is fair.

Easy to find and check-in but a long hike up to the fourth floor with no lift, even with just a small overnight bag. The room was small but clean and, being a hot day, very warm although there was a small fan that helped....More
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was quite big and clean. The breakfast was basic but alright. The hotel is maybe 500 metres from Victoria station and there are several restaurants close-by (I'd especially like to name About Thyme and O Sole...More

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and
some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

As far as I know the hotel just has shower rather than bathrooms. It was pretty clean when I stayed. Easy and safe walk to Victoria station. I'm not a smoker, but I think you would be confined to the street as the hotel faces straight onto the street. That is going to be common with such hotels.
