It was 3-4 degrees outside and there were no heater in the room. The window was all the time wet, like it have been raining inside. Walls have black mold, like a mushroom. Never ever again. And on the top of that the staff was terrible. Bad service at the very bad place. All pictures are on booking site.

OAPs my wife and myself found ourselves needing to stay in the Paddington station area overnight to ensure we had time to catch the Cornish Riviera train to Truro, having travelled up from our home town of Dover; the journey across London from St Pancras to Paddington stations is only possible for us oldies using a taxi (and a Black... Last minute booking, which was ideal as close to Paddington Station (5 minute walk). Single room which was adequate, bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded and was perfect, supplied with one towel but no hand towel. Curtains in room were a bit on the tight side so struggled to close out the light, but as it was only... More

I spent 1 night here... and that was far too long, not sure how they can state its 3 star rating as it's certainly not, I had the family room at the rate of £108... it wasn't worth £10.80, a family room should be safe for a family to stay, comfy and warm... this room wasn't A double plug point... Actually, I came here for my birthday back in 2008; I was in the Navy at the time. Although the room was smell, it cute and cozy. I was within walking distance of Piccadilly station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this area-again, you can get around quite easily. The fares at the time were decent and... More

Stayed here as close to London Zoo. The only decent thing about the hotel was the location as a 10 minute or less cab ride from Regent St, Oxford St and Buckingham Palace. The Room was painted in mustard which made it feel even smaller than it was. The Double bed was two singles pushed together but were surprisingly comfy.... More

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days, in a tiny room with tiny- but at least nice bathroom and a balcony. Two other rooms had access to our balcony, but we were not able to close our balcony door - as you can see on the pictures. We had breakfast included in the price, but only used it for... More
