Very warm welcoming and atmosphere. Also very polite staff. Rooms were tiny, a bit hard to move around if there was lotsof luggages. Nice common room and kitchen. I enjoyed my time there and most likely will go again :)

Hi there! thanks so much for taking the time to write such a nice review. we know the rooms can feel a little cosy at times but unfortunately there is not a lot we can do structurally to change this so we try to do the best we can with the space we have... We're looking forward to seeing you...

I thought this hostel was a great place to lay my head for one night on a short trip to London. The beds were very comfortable, and the duvet kept me lovely and warm. I liked that all the beds had their own curtains so even though I was in a 15 bed dorm it still felt very private and...

Hi there, thanks so much for leaving such a nice review. We also have separate male and female toilets on the ground floor for you to use if you'd prefer. We are always happy to hear suggestions and would also like to let you know that we now have brown, multigrain and white bread at breakfast along with our wide...

The dorms are tiny, and by tiny I mean TINY. They were dank, smelly and just disgusting. I've stayed in many hostels all over the world and this was by far the worse. There wasn't even enough room to sit up on my bed. Terrible. Also, the temperature was way too hot. They had the heating on for some reason!...

Dear Salpal, we do understand that it can be a bit tight for space in the hostel sometimes, but unfortunately the size and type of building doesn't enable use to expand as much as we would like. We do our best with the space we have! We have ventilation running throughout the entire hostel with fans in each room, but...

Myself and 9 other friends stayed in this hostel as we were exhibiting at New Designers at the beginning of July 2015. Staff were helpful in rearranging people to ensure that the 10 of us were staying in the same room together. Great location so we could walk to Business Design Centre easily within 20 mins. Hostel was as advertised...

Location is great. Check-in was alright, they have a tiny stairwell that you might have trouble with if you're carrying a huge luggage. Rooms are ridiculously cramped. Poorly constructed 3 tiered beds with metal pipe ladders, painful climbs up and down. Thankful to have plugs and night light available next to every bed, but poorly built into a wooden plank...

The bedroom was small for nine people, especially for girls with their huge luggages, but for a couple of days it was okay. The location is great, but you have to deal with the noise from the street (which completely prevented me from sleeping on my very first night). The bathroom was not that clean and you can't set the...

This is a great hostel in great location. Staff are all friendly and the hostel is clean. The free continental breakfast was an added bonus. They have nice common areas where you can sit and relax after a long day. My only negative would be that it is very hot inside the hostel. There doesn't seem to be any air...

It was an horrific hostel. Please do not stay here. Location is great but it's not worth the money. Better to stay somewhere else and travel a couple of tube stations into London than staying here. Service was excellent. Breakfast milk appeared in my opinion to be off, not sure if it was the type of milk, but I saw other individuals throwing away their milk. The location was great. Unfortunately there’s not much we can do about the size, the building is quite old, which restricts how much we can expand. We utilize the space we have as efficiently as we can. Thank you for your feedback.
