Absolutely awful. Exposed wiring and more like a doss house. Wont be back. Had to sleep on top of bed as didn’t fancy going under the covers. Room was dusty, noisy and had no redeeming features whatsoever.

I’m not sure you can call this a hotel. Thick dust on the light fitting, stained carpets and walls. Cracked plaster and dodgy wiring. Really tired grubby caravan type bathroom unit the size of a small cupboard with freezing water and a filthy shower head...More

I found the room a bit grubby. Many of the fittings were cracked / loose or broken but the sort of things that were poor maintenance rather than poor housekeeping. It isn't good value for a London stay, there are many as bad... More

I arrived yesterday with a disabled child and was offered a ground floor room immediately although there are three small steps outside I managed to get her in easily but there is a flight of stairs to breakfast
