I found the room a bit grubby. Many of the fittings were cracked / loose or broken but the sort of things that were poor maintenance rather than poor housekeeping. It isn't good value for a London stay, there are many as bad... More
I found the room a bit grubby. Many of the fittings were cracked / loose or broken but the sort of things that were poor maintenance rather than poor housekeeping. It isn't good value for a London stay, there are many as bad or better for less and many better for the same kind of rates. I didn't get charged twice but I pre booked through a travel site so no-one else got my payment details.

I arrived yesterday with a disabled child and was offered a ground floor room immediately although there are three small steps outside I managed to get her in easily but there is a flight of stairs to breakfast
