We traveled to London on December. The same day that we arrived my partner had a car accident. We just stayed one night in this hotel and, the next day, we return home. When we arrived, we wrote more than three times to the hotel in order to ask for the possibility of refunding our money (because we stayed just...

We stayed in 2 rooms at the Ashley. It's in a great location, very central, it's clean and it's very good value for central London. But don't go expecting a luxurious experience. It's an old style hotel that wasn't built to have en-suite bathrooms, so they're very small and neither of our showers worked very well. The breakfast was ok...

Our room was small and extremely hot. We asked to turn off the heating and it was impossible. Also the beds are terrible and have wheels, so they move when you try to sleep. Wifi connection in our room was null. However, great location.

After a simple journey on the train - for the first time ever - with my boyfriend for our first holiday, we were excited to see the rather impressive sight of the hotel. We signed in and we're told that all was in order and we could check into our room later. Brilliant. However, when we got back, a young...

My girlfriend booked this hotel for us online before our trip away to winter wonderland in Hyde Park. It was our first getaway as a couple, so we were naturally quite excited. When we arrived to the hotel, we were advised that there had been a flood in part of the hotel and that our double room we had booked...

I stayed in a single room and it has the tiniest bathroom on the planet. I cannot seat down in the toilet without bumping your hint on the edge of the sink. You cannot get out of the shower properly without having to go around the edge of the sink which is blocking the shower door. The room could have...

Stayed for 3 nights - great little place for those travelling on a budget. Booked a family room with 3 beds and private bathroom, it was small but clean and enough space for 3 suitcases. Great location - walking distance from Paddington Station. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included - lots of variety each morning, fresh and tasty. Recommend for anyone...

The bathroom was very small. A continental breakfast was included and was good plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly...
