Lone female travelling for work and currently staying as a guest. What a fab place, rooms are exactly what you expect from Premier Inn, bed extremely comfortable, room is quiet. I ate dinner alone in the restaurant and could happily have sat there all evening as there is such a lovely atmosphere and the staff go out of their way...

Really friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome Hotel is in excellent location for everything ..... Museums short walk, tube station short walk etc Only downside is limited parking available at adjoining hotel, not their own... But we were still able to find a space at a price of £35/day in a secure undercover space

Stayed her for one night when we couldn't book premier inn at westminster where we normally stay when visiting London. After staying here, I will no doubt return here rather than to any other. The staff go out of their way to assist, and are genuinely friendly, and really interact with the children making their stays special. The children were...

Stayed for a couple of days in November . Rooms are small but the service makes it up for it. Very friendly natural service and you feel it the moment you enter the place.Location wise it is perfect and easy to move around with the tube around the corner.

Top location - walking distance to tube, nateral history musium, science musium, restaurants/fast food/supermarkets to suit all. Staff were very friendly and informative with info on local attractions. Good sized family room which was cleaned daily. No problems with noise very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good value - go early or late during school holidays. Had a great stay and...

Don't judge a book by its cover! We had a brilliant stay here. Absolutely excellent customer service. All staff were extremely friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable and totally at ease from the moment we checked in until we collected our bags from the baggage store on departure! Great hotel. Rooms comfortable and as you would expect from PI....

Well, I have to say I decided to book a premier inn for our stay in London (2 nights) because I was fed up with getting ripped off at massively over-inflated hotels in London elsewhere. Thank god I did, I love Premier inn. It's in a great location, the staff including Joyce and Mihaela were lovely. The rooms were great,...

Went here for a base for an awards night. From start to finish the service, food, room, bar was perfect. No complaints whatsoever. Everyone was really helpful too. Room spotless! Food great! Well done Premier Inn - you beat the crusty old London hotels that are twice the price hands down

You know what you get with Premier - every time: fast or automated check-in, email invoice, decent and reasonably priced bar, dinner and breakfast if you choose, very comfortable bed, reasonable rooms and basic bathrooms. For me it takes the guesswork out of where to stay - and at the end of a long day I like reliable over interesting....

Just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel and found it spotlessly clean everywhere and with friendly helpful staff - as good as any 4* hotel. You have to use your room 'key' to access the lifts which gives an added sense of security to the place. Often when away from home you look forward to getting back...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
