A group of us stayed at the Belgrave in London - it was absolutely brilliant - Khilan Shah was very friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. - our rooms were comfortable and we would certainly stay there again.

I think it's perfect because it's located in a quiet neighborhood (where you can get a good night's sleep) but the Pimlico tube station is a 5 minute walk away. There you can get the tube and be in the more touristy areas... More

Both options are available. I forgot to select breakfast option while booking so I paid there for breakfast.
