We stayed for just one night, but we were very pleased with our choice. The staff were very nice, the room was very well designed to create maximum space, clean, modern and funky! I loved the neon up lights, there was plenty of room to put your clothes of you were staying for several nights. The room was warm, and...

I had booked the Zetter Hotel along with a meal out and entertainment belatedly for my wife's 50th Birthday. I had mentioned it in passing to the hotel upon booking, and was astounded at the lengths they went to,to ensure it was made a special occasion. Fabian the Front of House Manager was wonderful, and couldn't have been more welcoming, and...

I stayed here last week for a business trip and it was perfect. Great decor, really comfortable bed, free tea and more importantly proper cappuccino on the landing (I can't stand instant coffee in the room) and a lovely monsoon shower. The staff gave great customer service. I will certainly stay here again.

This is a really nice hotel in central London, a long ride from Heathrow airport but close to many places. Rooms are on the small side, but were modern, well appointed and clean, sleep quality was really good. Staff was really friendly and breakfast at the restaurant was really good, although not included. Bathroom was also on the very small...

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did eat brunch here today at the restaurant (which I can't find a listing for on TA - hence the review under the hotel). When I looked at the menu I was surprised to find there was not even one Vegetarian main dish - and for pescatarians, even the fish dish had...

Stayed here for 2 nights on a central London business trip. Staff were friendly, and excellent location 3 mins walk from Farringdon Station & 10 mins from Holborn. Would benefit from a kettle in the room.

The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was well presented, spotlessly clean with nice touches like a hot water bottle. There were many choices of free tea and coffee. The hotel was not noisy at all. The cocktail bar linked to the hotel had a sophisticated but not snobby atmosphere. The cocktails were unusual and tasty. The only downside...

Many Thanks for sharing your review, I have shared this with the entire team, it was a pleasure to read. I am glad that as well as enjoying the Hotel, you also enjoyed the Cocktail bar. I have noted your comments about the mattress, and this should not be the case, as our mattresses are all rather new, however I...

I booked a night away for my husband and I and chose the Zetter based on recommendations from friends. I wanted to stay somewhere quirky with some personality and not in the thick of the West End. The Zetter was the perfect option, it's proximity to the tube made getting out quick and easy but actually we could have happily...

We stayed at The Zetter for New Year's Eve and found it very pleasant. Staff very friendly but would have been good to advise us of the pantry on the 3rd floor for tea/coffee etc as we only discovered this by chance in the morning! Breakfast was excellent but, along with drinks, on the pricey side! Your customer service and...

Thank you Michael for sharing your review, and we are pleased that you had a pleasant stay with us. I am sorry that you were not informed about the pantry on your floor, as all guests are normally informed of this on check in, so my apologies for this. We do have a breakfast option that includes bottomless tea or...

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighbourhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
