Good breakfast, service was a bit slow but we wasn't in a rush so was actually a good pace. The food itself was really good with a good choice on the menu. The restaurant location in the hotel is really nice and has a good environment. Would definitely return.

The rooms are small as expected in most European hotels. Water by the bedside was provided every day. The bathroom was huge in comparison. The toiletries were natural with few additives. Plush bathrobes and towels are available. Small washcloths are also provided, which cannot be taken for granted in European hotels.. There is a coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and hot...

Lovely modern hotel with great attentive staff. Rooms well equipped a lovely comfortable bed and fantastic towels in the bathroom. There were no tea making facilities in the room but this was located in the corridor. The choice of drinks was fantastic so this was not a problem. We were only here for one night so didn't get to try...

The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant and professional! That's what we remember most. We stayed here for two nights at the end of our honeymoon and it was great for what we wanted. The rooms have a very funky, modern fit out with all the amenities and great finishings.

Summary; Great service, stylish warm and cosy rooms with the ability to open the windows for air (wowsers.. a London first) I stayed in April for seven nights, having travelled over to London from Australia for a work trip. I arrived at 7am having had no sleep in 30 hours thanks to my flight when they uttered the words "your...

Don't wait for an excuse, like a birthday or anniversary to stay at this lovely hotel - just go! I stayed, using their special Sunday night offer (it was bank holiday). The offer was £99 for a guest room, but when i got there, they had upgraded me to the best room in the house and threw in two free...

Have never posted a review before but feel like I have to for this hotel! 4 of us stayed at the hotel prior to attending the Bruno Mars concert at the O2. The staff could not have been more helpful, we were welcomed by brilliant reception staff who remained approachable and helpful throughout our stay...even walked me through installing and...

I stayed at the Zetter with my husband on the 22nd April as I was running the London Marathon the next day. I have never experienced such fantastic service and the rooms were very nice with lovely bathrooms, very comfortable bed and huge choice of refreshments in the mini bar. Everything was spotless. My husband is a Spurs supporter and...

Highly recommended boutique hotel in the heart of London. We stayed there for 4 nights, late February. Stuff was extremely nice. We picked a roof top suite, which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast & location great too.

First and foremost I want to praise the service in this hotel. It is excellent - very considerate and friendly and makes your stay easy and pleasant. One great detail: you can borrow Oyster tube cards from the reception that makes your travelling around London both easier and cheaper. Our room was really small (as they often are in London)...

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighbourhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
