Where to start? Amazing location, fantastic venue, kindest staff, gorgeous views.... After letting them know this was a special stay, we were upgraded, given an amazing view and strawberries and cream were left in our room. All staff were so welcoming. We were treated like royalty. Thank you!

Very nice staff and friendly service. The hotel is swish. The rooms good if a little dark and older. No views of the docks. Breakfast good and varied if a little disorganized. Area a little bit rough. A trek to central London. Overall good though with the friendly staff being the high point.

First time staying here, I usually stay at another hotel in Canary Wharf. Location is good, close to my office, a short 5 minute walk. The DLR train is next door so convenient to get to places in London. Staff were great. I was impressed with Harold the concierge, He helped me out tremendously with areas to go shopping, and...

When I travel I like an American hotel because they have many of the creature comforts I know from home and I get the nights rewards. This hotel is brilliantly situated to canary wharf. I love the tea kettle and the biscuits. The restaurant is great as is the lounge. I also enjoy the gym. What I would change is...

Stayed recently for a visit to the Excel. Lovely facilities in a lovely area of the former docks. The real asset in this hotel is the staff team-lovely, lovely people every single one that we came into contact with. Food was good too and the bar prices were surprisingly cheaper than we expected.

A nice, new hotel, typical of the Marriottt chain. We stayed here for our weekend recently to see Strictly at the O2. Conveniently placed for public transport, several nice new bars and restaurants very close by and the Canary Wharf shopping mall. The room was nice and clean, staff friendly with a comfortable bed. We had breakfast at the hotel...

The hotel is lovely, the staff are respectfully friendly, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is excellent. One of the best places to stay in canary wharf. There is a range of rooms, the higher up the main tower, the better the rooms. Try to get a room in the main tower, not in the block above reception, the...
