This is a great hotel really well situated on the edge of Canary Wharf and easy to get to just off the A13. Lovely room and really nice executive lounge on 7th with views over the quay and the city in the distance. Loads of restaurants and bars adjacent to the hotel and dock lands light railway and river taxis...

We visited G&Tea for afternoon tea which we pre booked. It took a while for service. When someone finally came around we asked for afternoon tea and we're told her have to check a chef was available! Luckily there was. Sandwiches, cakes and scones. The sandwiches were passable, the scones and cakes were decent. No refills of drinks or food....

Marriott West India Quay is a comfort hotel that one could ask for business stay. It's clean, conveniently located within walking distance to office, restaurants, and the tube / light rail stations. I stayed in this hotel over 5 nights for business and was well looked after. Room service was prompt, laundry service with impeccable ironing, friendly staff and helpful...

There was 5 of us that stayed here before running the London Marathon. We arrived to welcome bags and all staff asking how we were feeling about the run. The hotel put on a special pasta buffet and early morning breakfast to accommodate the runners. Every single member of staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant...

We stayed here on a Saturday for an event somewhere else and it was not like other 5* we have stayed at. More for business functions. The room was a decent size but nothing interesting about it. Did the job. The good part was the bar area, very nice, enjoyed a game of backgammon with some drinks and food which...

Everything was perfect. Vera (front desk) was very helpful. We had the rooms early in the morning and they were very spacious. VIP lounge and breakfast were very good as well. Well connected with the city centre by metro and train (20 mins). Good quality and good service!

The place is in the very charming area, far from the tourists and the moo. It has a very lovely bar. The restaurant is good. And very pleasant breakfast. It is by the water and has verylovely view. The rooms are comfortable and have have everything you need. I suggest the rooms on 10th floor.

This hotel is a bit out of the center, in trendy Canary Wharf. Not all taxi drivers know how to find it, but it is not that difficult. Friendly staff, excellent rooms (not very large), fantastic breakfast (even though it was not a huge buffet), nice area to walk around and shop.

Great one night stay at a very customer service focused hotel starting with the very helpful door staff and professional reception and check-in team intent on reducing your waiting time to the housekeeping team who had decorated our bed with heart shape petals for our anniversary stay. Additionally they also provided complimentary strawberries cream and chocolate sauce which we felt...
