I've read about the hotel and i noticed that's written 'the arrival must be 1-9 pm only!'
Does that mean the check in only must be at that time, or it means everyday you are staying you have to come before 9 pm?!
As well, what about the area, is it safe?

Not sure about the arrival time ,think the room key opens the front door as well, hotel seemed secure to me. the area is as safe as anywhere can be. Clapham Common is nearby and I wouldn't recommend wandering round there in the dark! But,as a woman travelling on my own I felt ok there.
