We stayed for three nights over Easter. The manager and staff were very pleasant, making sure that we were settled in and that any small issues in the room were dealt with straight away. They also gave good advice regarding the local pubs and restaurants (you must try the Victoria down the street). The only negative was the breakfast. We...

We stayed for two nights and had no complaints at all. We were in room 303 which is at the back of the hotel so very quiet at night and we both had undisturbed nights. The bed was really comfy, bathroom although small had been upgraded nicely - bright and modern. The room itself could do with an up grade...

Location of hotel was good, a stones throw from Hyde park and Paddington train station so was a very convenient place to stay. Upon arrival man at desk was helpful, booking.com had my details incorrect and we were in a small room with a two year old, given an upgrade to a slightly bigger room, which was small but wasn't...

I have been here several times over the last two years. The location is very convenient and you have all the amenities you need at hand: Lancaster Gate Tube Station, buses to west/east London, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens if you like jogging, restaurants, shops and Paddington railway station. The surrounding area is plenty of hotels, hostels, b&b and apartments...

Warm, clean, cosy hotel in a great location. The room was small but that's the way it is in London, so no issue there. You can see Paddington station from the front steps, it's only a block and a half away. The hotel was clean throughout and there was good heating. Other reviewers complain about the water pressure but I...

Although there was a filthy radiator, the heating was not on in the room. No extra blanket in the room. We tried to phone reception but unfortunately there was no leak to reception When we complain we were told to put the thermostat to no avail. The room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen and I noticed...

I needed somewhere close to Paddington for a 1 night stay and this was fine. Literally a few minutes walk from the station, with plenty of cafes/ restaurants nearby. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was very quick. The room itself was small, but adequate and the bathroom fine. Breakfast was served efficiently and was ok - not...

By every measure a wrong hotel/B&B for the American tourists. Made reservation two weeks in advance. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. Upon arrival, were given a wrong room. The beds were so uncomfortable. The room was congested and noisy. The heater did not work. The breakfast was dreadful and the service was awful. The hair dryer was burnt...
