Terrible experience booked a double room for my son and his friend to stay in London and celebrate his birthday. On check in told they couldn't stay as not quite 18. Tiffany the manager spoke to me on the phone with a computer says no attitude. Explained that my son had travelled from Devon and that it was now 6pm and that by not letting him stay she was putting him on the streets for the night. She really could not have cared less told me that he couldn't stay due to new t&cs that came in 4 weeks ago. Tiffany then told me no manager was available until tomorrow. Soon after she said she had emailed her manager who said that my son coukd not stay. No apology offered no compassion shown just asked my son to leave. I had paid for two nights and no refund available. Recently stayed in a Premier Inn in Swindon where we had no pillow cases or towels. Told on check in no linen had arrived! Premier inn really has gone down hill. Will Never stay with this chain again.

We chose this Premier Inn for its great location, just minutes from the riverbank and Tate Modern. It was quiet with two handy supermarkets nearby for essentials and between two tube stations, both just a five minute walk. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and big enough for the four of us, and the breakfast was plentiful with everything brought to our table. We will definitely use this Premier Inn again when visiting London.

It was a wonderful experience the rooms were great and clean and the staff are lovely, in particular Courtney and Emy and Andreia thank you all <3 We messed up our booking and the staff were very helpful in helping us get a refund, even though it was out of their hands

I stayed midweek for a night and I must say that I was very impressed. The staff are friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable with excellent aircon. I enjoyed being served breakfast (very copious) as buffets are not allowed at the moment. I paid under £100 for the room (which was actually a double) and breakfast; the wifi is free too. For anyone who is visiting London and needs a hotel which is near to many of the attractions I really can't imagine a better choice. Don't pay silly prices when offerings like this hotel are available.

Very disappointed with the meal deal and food in general. Firstly the hotel is good - great location and very central. Room was fine - pretty much the same as all premier inn hotels. Was very disappointed with the food - I ordered the double cheeseburger and when it arrived I couldn’t believe how tiny the burger was. It was basically a kids size burger with approx 10 chips. My friend got a lemon drizzle desert and again the portion was laughable. One bite and his desert was gone. We were the only 2 people in the entire restaurant at 7pm midweek and I can see why people go elsewhere to eat.
