The only real good thing about this hotel is it's location. It is just minutes away from food and tubes etc. We stayed 3 nights and the first two nights were fine. The third night was a nightmare as the hotel lost all it's power and as it was dark, we could not do anything. We were advised places to...

A clean and modern hotel but very disappointed with the service ! I checked in on February 17th at 7:00 pm. The young girl at the reception was very rude !!! There was a mix up with the reservation and she insisted that I pay for a second room as she was sure I booked 2 rooms . There was...

Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights. Beds are really vomfortable, great showers and decor, and really good pizza at 3am after the pub. But of noise through the wall but nothing that'll keep you awake for long. Really nice hotel in a lovely area of London. Close to loads of little pubs and restaurants. Best place I've stayed down...

Besides western it has Vietnamese, Japanese n Thai food that all is good n in a reasonable price. Their rooms are spacious, clean and tidy at all time. Well this was a bit of a surprise and didn't see this one coming! In Ealing for business meetings and was booked in here last night by colleagues. Come out of South Ealing tube, turn left and walk for about 12-15 mins, you arrive at Xanadu . Funky little reception area, good fast check in and up to second floor....

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for the weekend, however we had one scary episode handled badly by the staff. Our smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag. I saw it on our first day, but I did not think it was the smoke detector so I did not tell my mother or the staff about...

Good value for money hotel with an Asian influence. Its clean the rooms contain everything I value with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good shower and a nice breakfast. You can also get a gym voucher for a gym down the road (about 2 minutes walk). I did not try this but have had colleagues who have and say the...

We've stayed here twice and would do so again. plenty of restaurants and breakfast places nearby. It's a bit far out for doing the central London sites but still do-able. Welcome and service generally were very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bed. The hotel is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk from the underground. Breakfast is included in the price and is pretty good, offering a decent spread of continental and cooked breakfast options laid out in a buffet style. The only negative would...

The hotel was located in Ealing Broadway, near the Ealing Broadway train/tube station. The area was very nice with a shopping center and pubs and restaurants nearby. Hotel reception was clean and the receptionist was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and was nice to enter to. Special points on the fortune cookie on the bed for welcoming...
