This is a great kosher hotel. We make a point to stay here when in London over Shabbat. Nice rooms, pleasant Shabbat meals, nice breakfast, nice Shabbat atmosphere, close to numerous Synagogues and kosher restaurants.

It's our second visit to the pillar hotel. Great boutique hotel, old English charm converted to top of the line modern rooms, amazing staff and 5 star service, what else can you ask for. We will come again.

Heard about this place from friends and was not disappointed. The hotel is in a refurbished British complex. Rooms were redone nicely - albeit a bit smallish. WiFi reception was good. Concierge was pleasant and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and more than adequate. There are free drinks, coffee and pastries available 24 hours.

The Pillar was our home away from home when we spent Shabbat in Hendon this past December. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with arranging our stay including ordering and setting up Shabbat meals, guiding us to local shopping and eateries and local synagogues. The room was first rate and care was made to make us comfortable. I...

We stayed here for the night on my Birthday. The building is just stunning although very over priced. My husband paid £145 for the night without breakfast! The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The only thing that let it down was breakfast not included

Spent two nights at The Pillar Hotel when at a conference with Middlesex University. Refurbished and very nice rooms, friendly service and a very good breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.

We visited this hotel whilst visiting London for a birthday. We arrived in plenty of time and were able to check in early (approx 11am) as the room was ready. The staff were pleasant enough and showed us the room. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was good. The next day, they were kind enough to let me leave...

We liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The suite was good, though some of the carpet was quite dirty and in need of a steam clean. Some of the corridors also could do with a lick of paint. However, the rest of the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The continental...
