We spent a day at Woolwich and a day at Greenwich at the Tall Ships Festival. Excellent event with a nights stay at the Connaught. Very convenient, only a few minutes from the DLR station, Prince Regent. (Would be very convenient for a visit to any event at the Excel Centre) Thanks accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and every device worked...

Second stay at this hotel in a year, though disappointed that it is starting to look a bit tired which is a shame, particularly as it isn't as cheap as others in the area. Additionally customer service seemed to be less of a focus with overfamiliar staff who were not as attentive to customer needs as perhaps one would expect,...

I was delighted by the great service I received at this charming and intimate Hotel. The friendly staff treated us like family friends. The Hotel is conveniently situated near to the London Excel and saved us the bother of rush hour commuting.

I was at a three-day exhibition here recently. I have to say, I have no complaints about my room. I had a lovely big bay window, great shower and the bed was comfortable. Slept like a baby. The staff were attentive, professional and nothing was too much. Very pleasantly suprised by the room and the service. Thank you! Only thing...

Lovely to stay in an old place with charm and character rather than the usual steel and glass tower blocks ! Very modern clean room interiors in a beautiful old building Highly...

This hotel is almost lost in between all the modern, glass and metal chain hotels that surround it but I was so glad I booked into it rather than one of the budget chains. A no frills place but has all you need. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Friendly staff who seem to be everywhere. True,...

We had just checked in the the nearby Premier so popped in here for lunch. Menu looked ok with a good choice. However the food arrived very quickly and had obviously been rushed. The battered fish was barely cooked and still translucent. The all day breakfast wasn't cooked enough with flabby bacon, undercooked hash browns and an uncooked tomato. We...

Trip to Carol Nash Motorcycle Show at Excel. Our motorcycle and another guest's stolen from the hotel car park. All hotel staff leave at 1 am so no night security is very poor. Sympathetic receptionist attempted not to charge us for breakfast but the manager (who did not even attempt to speak to us about the motorcycle thefts) made us...

We booked one of their offers, received a free upgrade and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The ensuite was immaculately clean and well firbished. The Fox restaurant was rather noisy with TV screens on every wall so it was not possible to find a quiet corner but the food was a very good standard relative to the prices charged. All the service...
