Booked 4months in advance to arrive without being able to check in anywhere. Spent 4hours on phone got nowhere. Had to book another hotel miles away to be told the day after this hotel has been discontinued. STILL got charged for it though. 3weeks later they still haven't refunded. Joke. Complaint still not been answered.

We booked this without looking at reviews or we probably wouldn't have but I'm glad we did. Little bit of confusion about how this works but we were met by an employee outside a pub who took us to the apartment. It was in turner house. Apartment was a good size and nicely done up and was just the best...

The most uncompromising unhelpful people ever, fact ! After my company booking for me I travelled down from Manchester to arrive at Bekishi's bar where I was supposed to collect keys for the apartment. I was told that I could t have them as I didn't have a passport or photo ID. My office even sent a picture of my...

Room ok but service terrible , make sure you take photo ID else you won't be able to stay I had luckily but this isn't made clear on website ,was told on arrival breakfast isn't served until 10 am as this is done in the bar downstairs, when we went for our breakfast was told they knew nothing about us...

You couldn't be more central. Check in with the friendly staff in the pub downstairs, who carried my bags up the narrow stairs. Room was small, but fine for a sleepover. Clean throughout. Didn't hear any noise from the downstairs bar as I was on the 2nd floor. Paid £143 for fri/Sat Would stay again.

I never stayed in this place, but I booked a room that I cancelled a few days later. I booked it through Hotels.com and the cancellation policy was free cancellation before a certain day. But Covent Garden Apartments charged me for 20% of the full amount, and refused to pay me back after my cancellation. After mailing and phoning them...

Firstly, this "apartment" is located above a pub and there is no street number, and as the name of the pub is not on the booking almost impossible to find. Luckily, a very kind post man helped. The apartment is just a narrow room with limited kitchen facilities, the bathroom is completely separate. Very stuffy as no air conditioning and...

Booked one of the apartments above Belushi's for 3 nights whilst I was in London. It's in a superb location, right on the edge of Covent Garden Market - you need to check in with the (very friendly) staff at the bar in Belushi's, but that's not too much of an inconvenience. When I checked in, my room wasn't quite...

The 'Blackthorn' room is a lovely place to stay ...once you can get in through the door! The check-in procedure is a little awkward because you need to do so at the bar in Belushi's. If the staff members are busy, then you don't stand much chance; we had to wait for over an hour before we were eventually shown...

We got a late deal for £88. Really pleased with our apartment. Location wise it couldn't be more central and well placed. It was fully stocked, along with an iron and iron board, radio and hairdryer. Our apartment was at the back of the building so did not hear the music below. The bed was ridiculously comfy which the thickest...
