I stayed at lanterns court for a few nights during my trip to London. I was excited to stay in the middle of Canary Wharf, except I couldn't find the apartment. After a 25 minute walk, trailing round using google maps, I eventually found lanterns court and was very disappointed. There was lots of children as the apartment was out...

We are obviously very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at Lantern's Court. We have tried to track back to find any comments you made to us at the time but unfortunately can't find your stay. Very many thanks for your positive comments and also your negative ones. We appreciate the former and take note of the latter as areas we need to improve (the missing information you mention) or correct mistakes eg. the WiFi password should have been in a small holder by the router. Hope to see you again soon.

To start off the experience the booking was registered under the incorrect name on the system making check-in complicated. Once inside the apartment there were blinds that had been removed from the living room and those which remained were broken making the living room uninhabitable as combined with the 36 degree weather, the rooms was too bright for the television...

The appartment at Lantern court was really nice but the beds where realy disastrous. The main bedroom had a queen size bed with spring mattress and no extra bedcover. The springs where really trying to get through. The second bedroom had an even smaller queen size (my guess 140 cm bed) and the mattress had the same situation. The kids...
