Use the local underground station [Northfields] to get to Heathrow. It's the Piccadilly line and you won't have to change. Sorry, but I don't know how long it will take or how much. To get to the West End use the same station but go East. Again, the Piccadilly line goes direct to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Cost is about £3 per person each way. It's a 15 minute walk to the station and it'll take about 30 minutes to get to the West End.
