So firstly, this hotel is crazy cheap for its location, it's ridiculous. So for the location the price is brilliant. The room is tiny and there were holes in the floor, on the final morning the shower was cold. The breakfast was a bit strange, women coming out of the visible kitchen chucking eggs and toast in the trays. But...

Location is Good for connectivity. but Not good for travellers who are on leisure trip especially those who have experience the hospitality of Indian subcontinent hotels is not recommended. Basic room has no washroom attached. Double bed was not enough in size for two. and with children is impossible Also washbasin was next to the bed. and no lift..

To say this hotel is out dated is an understatement Do not be fooled by the appearance of the outside. Inside the building It is In desperate need of a total renovation. The entire place smelt damp and musty. The decor and furnishings are dark and drab. My daughter and I were allocated a tiny 2 bed ground floor room which was...

The Belgrove Hotel.... what to say? In all my travelling I have never stumbled across a hotel in such run down conditions! I have seen a lot of the world and stayed at all sorts of hotels, youth hostels, (air)b&b's and campsites, but this one.... I just can't find the right words. First of all, the staff is súper friendly...

Very hot room, but on opening window found that could have every single sound from the streets away. Staff were also rude, I.e blocking the front door while they had a fag, and didn't even offer to help with luggage. No milk was in the room either... So hotel for only black coffee lovers. Decorations are in much needing update,...

£75 in London gets you a bed and a hot shower and a really good breakfast. It also gets you an uncomfortable bed electrical sockets hidden behind furniture and a bathroom so small it's impossible to wash your face in without opening the door . If you need a cheap room to flop in this is it , if you...

The hotel is conveniently located near the St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations. We found the staff extremely friendly. The rooms are tiny and the decor is dated. But, if you are looking for a budget hotel, the Belgrove fits the bill. If you are a light sleeper, request a room facing the court yard. The street noise will keep...

I had breakfast with my package, as usual I do not expect much , when I cross the pond , the hotel was very dingy, good points , near the tube(subway metro) and near the train station ,but it was only for 1 night, so it is , what it is. London is very expensive , so hang in there.

this hotel is in a great location and cheap, they say you get what you pay for! which in part is true but cleanliness is a must! cheap or expensive there should be a standard. the location is the plus point. the rooms were dated and very basic although the beds were comfortable. the cleaning staff need sacking as they obviously...

Location is great however the hotel is horrible. I knew from the moment I stepped inside I wasn't going to like it. It is old fashioned, dark green striped wallpaper in the reception with dark wood everywhere, old fashioned doesn't bother me so much as log as it is clean. Wasn't greeted very well by reception, our room was based...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
