I visited the hotel with my mother in occasion of her birthday, but it was the second time. I also recommended it to several friends and all of them were happy of it. The rooms are small but cozy, after all it is just a place to sleep in, and the bathroom are always clean. The water is always hot...

Normally we stay in bigger hotels but this time we decide to stay in small Cousy Hotel. Hotel is very clean, staff very polite I thing that the are Polish but not sure. Breakfast very nice, room clean up to the standard. Just one day when I was going to breakfast I heard that owner (lady)of the place was very rude and...

Normally we stay in hotels which are in a slightly higher (budget)category so it's a little bit difficult for me to rate this hotel. This was clearly a low budget hotel because of the very small dimensions of our room (room n5 for 3 people, at the first floor at the back of the house) and the old fashioned interior...

This hotel is good value for money. Rooms are tiny so not suitable if you travel in with a big suitcase. Bed was very comfy and I slept well, I had a room towards the back so it was quiet as well. My room and bathroom was clean, the only thing that wasn't great was the shower. It was drizzly...

Location: one of the many hotels in Sheperd Bush Rd, 10 mn walk to either Hammersmith or Goldhawk tube stations. 35 mn train ride to Heathrow (£ 2,80 peak hour or £1,50 off peak) - a lot cheaper than the Express! Rooms with ensuite bathroom are small, quiet on garden side, big cupboard with hangers, kettle, wifi. Breakfast is ok,...

Located in west London, convenient access to transit hub- HammerSmith less than 10 minutes walking distance. and bus line in the same street as the hotel. Small room includes small bathroom. Very clean. Anything asked for will be provided. English breakfast is hearty and homely, unlimited toast and coffee/tea. Comfortable enough for a one week stay in London for historical...

Firstly I should emphasise that this is a budget hotel and some of the rooms are very small, however most are very comfortable and most importantly this family run business is run by people who genuinely care about their guests. I spend a lot of time on the road and this is the first hotel ever that I have found...

We had a really troublesome journey to London (delayed flights, cancelled trains - a real Murphy's journey), and the staff replied immediately to our e-mails and they even our distress call after 1AM saying that they would wait for us. We were already 3 hours late at that time. Staff was really helpful, considerate and kind at all times. (we...

I checked into Hotel Orlando in my first leg of my trip to see my partner recently. I was given a room on the first floor which was very helpful as I had a heavy suitcase. The room itself was quite nice, had everything I'd asked for; from separate toilets to separate shower. The breakfast was basic but satisfying to...

The rooms are basic, but the room and bed linen was clean. I was on my own but I had a room with 3 beds. The bathroom was quite clean but in need of a bit of simple maintenance and touch up. The room I had faced onto the main road and the traffic was very noisy. It was so...
