the room is very dirty, when i first get in the toilet wasnt been cleaned and the bathroom water drainage is really bad, could easily overflow. There are small insects on the toilet. The wifi is really good inside the room.

Location is ok. Room has to be the smallest ever, only one person can get dressed at at time. Far too hot and airless, no provision for escape from fire. Ceiling in bathroom, if you could call it that, was only 6' feet high, not a room for large persons. I agree with the previous reviewer, very clever photography in...

Right, I'll give the pros first as I try to be fair: Good location really close to the tube station Nice big soft towels You could leave luggage after you check out...this costs (only £1 per item though) which I don't think is advertised. This is really helpful. Nice hot water in the shower. It's nice to be able to...

Firstly, the location is excellent, a 2 minute walk directly opposite Kings Cross Station, couldn't be better. But unfortunately the photos do not match the reality of the inside of the hotel. We were put in a basement room, with a view of rubbish bags. The room squeezed in a double bed and a single, with about 40cm room between...

I stayed here for business in October. My first booked stay I was unable to come on the Monday (I'd booked 3 nights), I came to check in on the Tuesday afternoon for my other 2 nights to be told they had given my room away for the entire booking and was told to look elsewhere. I was assured at...

This is our fifth time staying with this hotel chain and the staff are always happy to help! We've stayed in various rooms through the three hotels and this time we booked two double rooms in the Albion! The staff always make sure we got rooms next to each other, since we spend a lot of time going into each...

Dirty room ( no 10) , the carpet really icky, shower totally useless, sink was broken, old oldfashioned 2 tap system, dusty teebags thrown beside the water kettle and the door to the room so thin that you could hear every word your neighbour said. I cant recommend the hotel even not for a single night.

Was gien room 13 on top floor which was unsuitable for both my wife and myself as we are both bad on our legs when asked for room change they couldn't do enough for us,even though the room was a tad smaller it was sufficent for us allowing us to enjoy our stay'.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
