Stayed couple of nights in a small room in the basement, with little of natural light coming from a window looking to a dead space (like tiny tiny indoor yard). The room was too old, the bathroom was too old as well as everything in the room and therefore there was an strange smell in the enviroment. You can hear...

I guess you can get much much better at the same price. Small bedrooms, small beds, no facilities at all. Don't take breakfast: go out and have a proper one. The one you get from them is so sad and miserable. Recommended for short stays and for solo or couples (thin ones). Check for something else at the same lovely...

Location: Good location and easy connectivity from all places to Paddington. Wi Fi: Hotel policy says Wi Fi in public areas but we stayed on ground floor near to reception area and had good connectivity in our room. Breakfast: Basic breakfast served in room including breads, butter, jam, juice and yoghurt. Staff: Staff is helpful and friendly. Esp Peter who...

We had a room on the ground floor and the underground train was heard every minute underneath the room from early morning until midnight. The room was so small we hardly had room to open our 2 cases. There was some sort of furniture there which we couldn't make out what it was. The doors looked too big and didn't...

The beds were stiff, and cheaply made. Many soft spots in the flooring. Bathroom was clean, appeared to have been recently updated. There were plenty of electrical outlets, something that you don't see too often in the UK. Don't rely on the breakfast, decent for a grab'n go circumstances (bread rolls and juice boxes). Staff seemed friendly upon check in;...

We stayed for one night in a 5 person room. Size was good, beds comfy, bathroom modern and clean. Great location and cheap cafe around the corner for breakfast. Paid £30 each which for London central is good! Would stay again. Only thing was room was a little warm even with a fan!

-you get what you are paying for.. -great location -nice staffs -they served breakfast to your room every morning -suitable for backpackers -no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. its a hassle if you are bringing huge luggage

Rooms were dirty with bad smell. Staff were in phone or listening music. They did not like to serve customers, there liked to do something else. I mentioned about bed bugs but they did not want to believe me. My son got bites in his neck and there were bug climbing on the wall.

Stayed here just for one night over easter whilst doing a spot of sight seeing and visiting friends. I stayed in a small single as this was all i needed and the price was great for a capital city in a good location. Staff were friendly enough and i could come and go as i pleased with ease. The room...

Not sure who have been writing these reviews but I have stayed in some awful hotels in my life but this one is not good. We were staying in London on a theatre trip but to be honest I didn't want to go back and stay here. The room (no 11) was suppose to be a double but there was...
