We booked what we thought was a room for 4. When we checked in, we were given the keys to what they referred to as the 'suite'. Sounded great. We walked the 3 flights of possibly the narrowest stairs I've ever encountered (because there was no elevator), but when we opened the door all we could do was laugh. The...

So so dirty! Rubbish on the floor and in the shower from previous client. We mentioned about our concerns. The sink was blocked. The manager hasn't even contacted us to apologise. The price is really expensive for the poor standing of the room.

Stayed for 1 night whilst we attended Proms in the Park. Looked fine from the outside but things went downhill once we entered. Receptionist was very pleasant and she checked us in ok but thought we had booked 2 rooms instead of 1. I realise now that we probably paid over the odds as I had booked through booking.com and...

Booked a double room and was given a twin bedded room - ended up moving furniture around to push beds together - luckily we were there only one night. Room was clean but bathroom was no bigger than a cupboard and the shower screen was broken and the shower head was the size of a 10p piece! Breakfast was 7am-9am...

Cheap and very cheerful. Fantastic location only short walk to Paddinton station. On this short walk to station you have a few bars and restaurants plus a convenience store and gift shop. Hotel was tidy and clean. I'm the process of being updates (beds being replaced, pictures hung in bedrooms, bedroom furniture upgraded). Lovely full English breakfast with tea/coffee and...

In a wonderful location just a short walk from the Paddington Station and some excellent bars and restaurants with a few connivence stores on just a...

Me and my friends stayed there for three nights over the last weekend in August. We stayed in a triple room. Very very tiny room barely and space to leave luggage or move. Poor toilet and shower facilities. Breakfast was fairly poor and the only options are full English breakfast or cereals and toast. Most of the staff is friendly...
