It was my first visit to England and I stayed at Generator whole time. The dorm room was quite large, I was surprised and very satisfied during the stay. Room felt a bit cold at night but I always woke up warm and cozy. I liked its clean bathroom. I think your level of satisfactory largely depends on your roommates...

The location is good, easy to get to Kings Cross. central but still quiet. well decorated in public space with good facilities, atmosphere and everything. There are limited charging points in bedrooms. but overall is good value for money.

Went on a big Europe trip and stayed in Generators in Amsterdam, Dublin and London. This was definitely the best! The location is amazing, walkable to Kings Cross St Pancras, Euston and Russell Square stations so the options for getting around and seeing London are endless which was really great. I would recommend maybe a bigger sign on the street...

Stopped here a few times and it close to St Pancras and Euston station handy for one night stays in London. They have there on late bar but other bars are close by too open late. Rooms are basic but no different to others I have stayed in in London. My last booking came with a free drink which I...

Hi Sportmanuk, Thanks for your feedback it has been great to read! Sorry that you did not receive your free drink, hopefully you still enjoyed yourself despite this. Yes it great in London that bars are open late, then guests can come back and finish the night in our bar open until 3am. Best wishes, Generator London.

Very good in matters of price/quality. Very well located. Very nice staff. Very fun environment. Great decoration. The only thing I'd like them to improve is the cleaning service because my room wasn't cleaned.

We stayed at the Generator hostel London for 3 nights on a weekend. We got a room with 12 beds in it. Every bed has it's own locker under the bed. First, the location of the hostel was good. Located about 5 minutes from the next underground station. Lot of small restaurants and an awesome pub (marquis Cornwall I think)...

Generator hostel London is a great 'party' sociable hostel in such a good central location in London. Highlights: -great value for money. I paid about €60 for a 3 night stay. I booked off their website which is perfect if you want to pay in full instead of just putting down a deposit like with hostelworld.com. The hostel website sometimes...

Hey Niamh K, We are pleased that for the most part you enjoyed your stay and thank you for recommending us. For the public transport we recommend getting an Oyster card, this will make the prices a bit cheaper. The power sockets are something we are looking into, we also have sockets under the seats in our cafe and chill...

Awesome location, 5 minute access to the underground or 10 in the opposite direction to King's Cross/ St Pancras. Downsides: -Bar music plays very loud very late. Every time I'd get up for the loo in the night I'd struggle to get back to sleep. -One elevator for all seven floors. -The design of the bathroom. A narrow room with...

Hi LivvyLoveridge, Our reception is open 24hours and we always have a manager on duty who can adjust the music volume if required. We can also try to move guests to a higher floor and hope these options were discussed with you. Your feedback regarding the bathroom shape has been shared with our team and discussed. Best wishes, Generator London.
